I recently had my fridge repaired by Naveed Khan, and I’m very pleased with the service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Worst service from these guy. My refrigerator got problem of not getting cool, I called this guy and they checked and told me it's send not working 250 AED repair cost so I agreed and they deliver next day, but again it's stopped working second day, I call them and they came and after checking he told me compressor not working and they charged me 380 AED after negotiation from AED 500. I pay that also and they fix it to my home. When I on the refrigerator I can see the inside light is not there as well as backside trey is not there, also there was some odd noise coming, so I called them and explain these 3 problem, he told me I will send someone. The amazing part is that today 5 month about to finish but nobody visited yet and not answering on call and message. Sometime I will try from other number than I received call and say sorry I was busy my guy will come tomorrow to fix it. But that day not came yet. They give me guarantee that if something happens I will repair free of cost because now every parts are changed so you don't have to worried. But I don' t aware that there after sales service is one of the worst.

Terrible service - I used them to fix my oven a year ago only for the same fault to arrive. Even though it was under warranty they charged me again. The oven failed to work, they collected it again and said they fixed it this time it started to smoke and we could smell burning - I have called them , text 20 times for them to come to fix it but now nothing - was forced to buy a new oven - and these guys still have my money and are not returning calls - terrible since we have children in the house with the oven smoking -
Wanted to add that having posted this review finally got some action in the form of a random voice message that the parts are not covered by warranty even though the receipt says it is . Agreed on a discount on the refund but that was a week ago and still waiting for these guys to get me my money back and to collect the oven - once again my advice is so not use this company the service has been an utter disgrace I still waiting for a refund and for Naveed to collect the oven and no sign - essentially he has taken my money and failed to fix the oven and now not even answering calls or messages even though he promised on 30th nov he will issue the refund - do not use this company under any circumstances I have no idea how they are still in business given the terrible workmanship and poor service - Naveen has now gone missing with my aed 800 not answering messages or responding - utterly shambolic service and quite frankly dangerous. After fours months still waiting. For a refund - my advise do not ever use this company as they are simply shambolic , dishonest and do not care
And still no contact or refund for absolutely shocking service plse do not use these guys get a reputable company

The technicians were really polite and quick to repair my gas cooker that need few parts. They went out for parts without asking me for transportation cost. The parts were changed and tested if working fine. The price was really affordable unlike other same repairing comparing. Thank you so much! if needed in future, I will connect with you for sure!
