Fraud Alert…I gave them my device and after two days they returned my device after replacing all original part with fake…can you imagine! Later they claimed it was changed before and were reluctant to accept! Please be careful….while I was there I also heard one guy screaming on the phone to someone that why has there been no postive review in the last two weeks posted…be careful!
Great service. Replaced my MacBook Pro 13 display. Collected and returned and all working in the space of 4 hours. Would highly recommend.
I have used My Celcare a few times already whenever I have any issue with my mobile. They are very efficient and know what they are doing. They will come and pick up my devide and return it a few hours later already repaired. They will inform you exactly what happend and how much it will cost. They have always solved all of my issues so far. I would highly recommend it to anyone that needs assistance with your mobile device.
I utilized My Celcare JLT to repair my 27" IMac that had a bad hard drive. They were able to repair it within one day. Service was excellent as the came to my location to pickup and drop-off my computer. The following day contacted me to ensure my computer was functioning properly.

NEVER GO BECAUSE OF GOOD REVIEWS. I brought my laptop here to check, which shut down 2 days ago. I said that I would not choose the repair option if the price was high. After checking the laptop, they fixed it without asking me and quoted an exorbitant price. I asked why they did this repair without asking me. Then somehow they broke my laptop again and gave it back to me. 😁 Then I took my computer to another repair shop. It actually had a very simple problem, but I never told him that I had taken it to the mechanic before. This evil workplace was where I brought my first laptop for repair. However, he told me this: He said that a part inside his laptop was damaged and another part was taken. If you love your technological gadgets, please stay away from here.
Oneplus 3 Screen repair requested. No original part used, not mentioned up on request . Screen shows less brightness and complete different saturation. Poor processed, glue still visible. Not worth more then 500AED repair cost.

Mycelare got in touch with me, pushed me to delete this review. Offering of change was made but after 5-10 calls and half and hour texting with out any outcome I was too anoyed to spent even more time with this issue.
1. If you expect supplier issues with the screens you build in, why your are not checking before delivery. You had excess to the smartphone.
2. Why do Costumer have to detect poor prozessing, if you could do it prior to deliver(see picture) Either you think your work is good enough or you don't care!
Just do better job from the beginning next time and don't bother costumers later on.
Unbelievably disappointed.
Had a screen issue on my laptop, after 2 hours from the delivery and payment I again faced the same screen issue and immediately reported.
They blamed it on me, saying I broke the screen again, offering to replace it at cost.
Despite multiple positive reviews this company has, I received the poorest customer support ever.

Worst service ever. They kept my laptop since the morning for screen replacement after coming before, and they assured me they had the screen. Have a huge meeting tomorrow. They text at 730pm saying they don't have the screen. Might lose my job because of them!
