Friday last week device was to be picked up between 5-7pm; so had left work early to hand over. After long wait, made call and came to know it was not happening due to sick driver. Think this could have been informed about prior.
Than on Saturday device got picked up but took till Monday evening for someone to follow up on intended work
After days of no updates, on Thursday start of afternoon, chose to contact via whatsapp and was promised an update shortly. Again nothing follows, which made me to call on Friday. On Fri/Sat finalized and was promised for the device to be returned on the weekend, which again didn't happen.
Finally on Monday it got planned to be returned, and again mishap was there in Invoice of which I was informing myself. (Furthermore while giving pricing nothing was mentioned about VAT coming on top of given prices.)
When finally received it, it came without charger, without screen protector and protective laptop sleeve...
Finally still had to make bios fix self, in order to have it back working.
High price for slow and low quality service with repeated false or missed promises, has been frustrating journey.
I came to Geeks with a time sensitive issue regarding my desktop during Ramadan and received amazing care and customer service from Albert and the team. They were able to fix the issue on the same day and really took my concerns seriously. I highly appreciate the effort and will be coming back again if I have any further issues. Definitely would recommend this amazing company to family and friends.
I had the pleasure of working with them on several projects, and they consistently exceeded expectations. Their team was not only highly responsive but also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Each project was completed with great attention to detail, and the quality of work was outstanding. Moreover, their after-support has been excellent, always going above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend their services.
My very recent experience with this company was unbelievably dissatisfying that I refused to proceed with the service and moved to another company. (Even though they had done multiple jobs in the past)
1: they asked and quoted me to replace some devices but after questioning and follow ups they said that the devices are in good condition and no need to change. So, I didn’t find them reliable and trustworthy as the disparity and inconsistency in giving me honest advise became questionable.
2: they charge for site visit but there is no guaranty or trust in doing the job properly as their own staff undermines the previous job that is done by their own team in order to sell you more. (I.e: “this needs to be installed correctly as it was not not done properly before, you’ll be charged for that”)
3: if you ever decide to use them, make sure everything works fine before they leave and continue to monitor the activity of the devices.

The team at Geeks was great, they came on time and assessed my wifi issue, also adding value advising me on how it works, reliability and best options. They also connected me to providers, for future consideration. Friendly reliable and very helpful - thanks Pratik! Will use again!
The team helped me with a license server issue that I was struggling with for days. Everyone I spoke with was very patient and professional. Anub especially was absolutely amazing! He stood on the phone with me the whole time and worked remotely on my computer, listened to my concerns, and tried several changes for my software and accounts with great perseverance! He did not give up and was absolutely determined to fix my issue and he did fix it! I can finally use V-ray and render again! a HUGE THANK YOU!!! 100% recommend and they're clearly my go-to now!
To be honest, usually dont have issues with Geeks. However with my current issues I have been facing i found it outrageous I had to go back nearly 3 times within the space of a month, one being the next day after my screen was fitted however it was resolved the next day although it seemed as if the conversation was directed at me to blame. I find myself in a similar situation within a month where the phone has a slight line on the top and yet again i was to blame, not down to their lack of quality screens and fits provided. This should be included in their warranty package however the only resolution which was offered was myself being nearly forced out of a further 800 AED which i then thought would not make sense due to thinking the problem would occur again sooner or later.
The customer service skills lack and made me feel once as if i was at fault. I will be getting a second opinion now and still cant make out how the warranty would work? I will be further posting this on groups which many recommendation post in relation to screens for the expat community. Currently would not recommend Geeks for their lack of quality and lack of customer service especially whilst referring to other companies whilst dealing with them.

Took my laptop to their premises to try and speed up the process for a display issue. Even though the laptop runs and works as normal when plugged into a monitor, I was told the problem would take 3-5 days to fix. Seems that the technician was unknowledgeable as he gave me the same answer chatGPT gave with the last option of taking it to specialist...which clearly he was not!
Turned in laptop with malfunctioning power socket after another repair shop who tried but said they couldn't fix. Geeks said I need to replace motherboard. After the repairs they tried to charge extra 100 AED to install (my own) Windows - declined. At home the laptop couldn't start due to hard disk being damaged (was fiune before), when reinstalled Windows myself no Wifi adapter present
What a lifesaver Geeks are!! One broken laptop (on the day I needed it most!!) turned into a fixed laptop in a matter of minutes thanks to the magical skills of Albert!! Brilliant customer service, wonderfully helpful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Albert and the Geeks team at every possible occasion! Thank you Albert for saving my life yesterday
