I purchased stick vacuum cleaner last year on 31st of August. The roller malfunctioning and when I visit dubai service center they are saying they do not have specific spare part. It will take 3 weeks to get the roller. How good?
My 2 years baby girl is eating Careem delivery food for almost a month because Electrolux couldn’t deliver a gas cooker on time. When finally it was delivered it was damaged. Our gas engineer refused to install it even we were ok to accept it as is after such long wait. And now Electrolux refuse to take it back as they don’t see any problem. We definitely will not leave this like that and will do everything including court. BUT PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!! Like mom I want to save those of you who have little kids - don’t buy from them, it might affect yours and your family health if you will have to eat delivery instead of cooking home . With Electrolux you pay them and have no purchased goods, not service, not communication. Nothing. Waste of money and nerves. Try other brands
One of the worst companies I have ever experienced regarding the product and even the customer care. I have bought washing machine which has 10 year warranty on the motor but less then 4 years it has gone bad. We called customer service for the repair but no action was taken they gave us number which was not helpful we called more then 5 numbers but still couldn't find the correct number for repairing the machine. The customer care is not helpful at all they give you misleading information and just waste your time and energy.
Very low quality domestic products. Unprofessional service centre including their manager Jiwan & his entire staff. Useless Call centre as they have No Authority to do anything. You can’t contact service centre , no one attending the phone always voice messages . No feed back about or call back to inform you about your service request. I have to call & chase them daily on call centre no. & the guys who collect the machine. Very very Bad experience, I won’t recommend any more their products & their worst service centre in the region. Unfortunately They are spoiling the image & reputation in the Middle East market. No body cares about customers concerns & the bitter experience with un qualified team @ service centre. I am going to raise an official complaint to the Head Office in Europe as the office of ElectroLux Arabia doesn’t care about any customer.
Worst ever No creditability , very rude staff , customer service is the worst for sure , it takes weeks for appointment of installation or maintenance further than unprofessional technicians I bought washing machine with quite model and it appears its not at all it makes very load noise after calling and making complains so many times they keep calling every day to schedule a visit i had to explain the problem and the time that suits me every time for more than one month but it is hopeless and after all that they submit a fake visit report that the product is totally normal and nothing wrong with it and that i who dont like the model ! Very surprised with such a brand name how unprofessional and dishonest
