Few months back I got my wife's iPhone 16 Pro Max whole body scratch guard done by Mobile outfitters at Ibn Battuta Mall, but within weeks the scratch protection on the sides started peeling off, so I had to redo them. Again it started peeling off that's when went again to their shop and questioned their quality, that's when they started telling the problem they're having with iPhone 16 Pro Max titanium finish. if they had told on day one then i would've taken a call. these expensive ones. A week back the protection at the back peeled off so i had to redo it again and now they're charging me 10.5AED everytime. Now I'm stuck with this, it getting coming off because of thier poor quality/non-compatibility of their material with titanium finish and I'm paying the price(time & money) for it.
I have completely lost faith in their service. The manager, Haidar, is utterly unprofessional and lacks any sense of consideration or authority. Despite being a loyal customer with several devices under their care, he refused to replace the back side of my watch simply because I didn’t have the plastic with me at that moment. I even told him I could return with it the next day, but he stubbornly insisted it must be provided on the same day. His rigid attitude and lack of flexibility are beyond frustrating. This level of customer service is appalling and has left me extremely disappointed.
I just made the most expensive one for myself and my wife and we really take care of our mobiles and treat it respectfully however. This cover is really getting ripped off very frequently I have changed it twice for the past two month.
The screen broke even though i paid for-the military grade protection sheet. All guarantee adverts are for marketing and selling ONLY. No replacement of mobile Screen when it actually broke. Very bad service. Never using again.
Worst experience I gave phone to change screen @2.45 pm person said it will take 30mins so I confirmed can I come 2.15 pm n collect, I reached 2.35pm he didn't made eye contact n said it's not ready will take time as other's time has no value. Local shopkeepers give way better response and service then this counter at ibn batuta mall Dubai. Extremely disappointed.
