IKEA Jebel Ali

Did iftar at IKEA today, average price experience or can less than expectations. Meat ball very good as usual, Don’t drink laban as there too much salt. And there is also issue in lamb rice. Rest all average. Will think to come again

Horrible Experience..
Purchased 2 Chairs and Footrest.

Next day realized the product delivered had defect in the fabric.

After days of chats and visiting the store, they sent an inspector who agreed and called his manager to convey the fabric is defective.

Couple of days later the management emails saying fabric is ok.

I write to them again saying that this fabric is defective.

They sent another inspector, who seemed to agree that there is defect in the fabric. The management once again refuse to exchange claiming fabric is fine and *once the furniture is assembled they will not exchange or refund*..

I told them that I am a 4th Generation textile merchant in UAE and have sold numerous quantities of this fabric and this is surely a defective product due to heating process. The staff still refused my request for exchange.

Also, their customer service needs serious improvement as they never reply back in time for such queries.

IKEA is great but the food quality here is INSANE! Especially compared to the UK. If you go you must try the Chicken Biryani, for 39 Dirhams it's a steal!

IKEA Jebel Ali is a great spot for affordable home essentials, with a well-organized layout and friendly staff. It’s easy to browse and find inspiration, and the selection covers most home needs. While it’s not as large as the Festival City location, it still has a good variety, and the shopping experience is more relaxed with easier parking. The food court is a nice bonus if you need a break. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable place for home shopping!

Its a very disappointing visit in IKea Jebel Ali Branch, staff named Saraunav from the food court area was so rude and arrogant. By mistake we went to the wrong que line.,instead of approaching us in a proper and professional manner, he arrogantly raised his voice on us and make a scene that made all the other guest in the placed to stare on us. The area was open and by mistake we went to the wrong que. He should atleast approached us in a proper way. Staff like this should not be working in a customer service and should take a proper training. And to mention when I asked for his name , he rudely pointed his name badge and didnt even apologize when we tried to tell him not to raise his voice in front of my kids and family. I hope IKEA management will take an action for this.

One of the unsung but yet a highly wonderful place where almost if not all services are offered Huge and secure parking space, shopping mall and residential facilities very near. A 3 minute walk from Energy Metro Station

Terrible service! The workers do not answer messages! They postponed the delivery of my order several times. Then the workers came, did 30% of the work and left, saying that they would finish the work the next day. The next day no one came, did not answer calls and ignored messages! Then they wrote that they would finish their work next week. I am simply speechless!

The swedish resturant at Ikea is my all time favourite. The food is fresh and amazing. The sale on certain products was stunning. I went crazy and shopped alot. The washroom hygiene is top-notch. I love it. Note that for Ikea, there is different parking is available so you can save up walking from the mall.

Today I bought an expensive sofa bed from IKEA Jebel Ali branch, and received the mattress full of insects! They just said we apologize we will replace by a new one, I don't know if the other mattresses I bought will be clean of insects!

Very upset with customer service of IKEA. 28 Nov was scheduled delivery and assembly during which some part of the wardrobe were not fitting or missing or damaged or smth else which was not explained. Some part were taken back and some left not assembled . Them call followed when lady told some parts had to be changed and she told on Friday ( Nov 29) it will be done and they will contact me in few hours to mentioned when delivery will occur. No call followed on the same day. From 6 till 10 pm the same day several times I called ikea line, all the time agents busy , after 7-10 min being on the line I opt several times for a call back and no one contacted back. I have contacted via online feedback form, email and zero response. On Nov 29th at 10 am I reach via call the agent and he told that no delivery schedule for me , status is as delivered and what he can do is pass my feedback to the customer service . When I asked when to expect call back , he told in 2 hours, then mentioned before 4 pm . Zero feedback followed . I have called again several times ikea line , all agent busy , after staying in the line for. 7-8 min, I opted call back and zero feedback. Now I am at home with full mess fro not assembled furniture, order status as delivered, damaged ceiling by the ikea team and no feedback from ikea jebel Ali or any other team .
