I was trying to use their services twice. They always give unreasonably high ‘cost’ of the service without the appropriate price list. I’ll tell 2 stories which I had experienced there.
First, I came to print 12 photos, 6’x8’ inch size (or 15x20cm), glossy paper. So nothing special. They confirmed and I asked to make a sample. They printed that, showed me, the quality was not the best, but ok. I asked what the total price will be, and they said 600aed. What the hell? They said “Yes, 50aed per pc, cause we should use cutting machine”. I asked to show me the price list and invite manager. They just stop talking and stared at me silently. I repeated my question - nothing, they are just silently standing. I just left and printed in a copy center for the 8aed per pc, total 96aed. It was the first story.
Second time I came to copy the key. They asked for 120aed, assuring that this key is super special. But it’s just a regular key. I remember my previous situation with photos so I asked for a price list. Manager showed me some incomprehensible excel sheet on iPad, where there is no words, just some letter-digit designations and price ‘125aed’.
I don’t believe that and I left. Happily I have made a key copy in another store for 70aed.
I think they see that a lot of people still do not know Dubai prices and ready to overpay, thinking that it’s normal here. Especially when it’s something small and regular, where usually you’re not even check the price. So here is their trick.
I don’t recommend them at all.
I had an amazing experience with the staff at Minites! They were incredibly lovely, helpful, and went out of their way to assist me. Their professionalism and warm attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for exceptional customer care!
I never get anything completely done from the first time at this store. There’s always something done wrong or missing. I went to print photos that I had sent by email earlier and the guy just decided to print 8 out of 12. I came again today and the guy on the morning shift says he doesn’t know how to do it! He got furious because I asked him if I can do it myself instead of having to come again! I was shocked to see how he is responding with an awful attitude!! Were these guys ever trained on customer service?? Mohamed Mohi and Jafar!!
Never ever give any expensive items for restoration or fixing in this place, in any Minutes branch in general! I don't understand, why their techicians are touching things, which they are not capable to fix?!
First, fixing time took one month,
instead of promiced 2 weeks. Second ,1150 aed was a charge for the worst service ever, and the silver plate was too expensive, we couldn't leave there but same time feel so sad and upset about this situation!
Dear Minutes owner & managers, do a favor, invest some money in your technicians trainings, take the responsibility of the items which you are taking to fix. Why is not possible to honestly say, that you can't fix it? Bcs the first priority is not customer and results, but ur pockets!
The smallest things can't be done properly, to not talk about branded items. When you charge money, make sure the service is done properly, and the client will not be charged high price for super low quality of work, most of time is done by ur company.
Or, sorry, the best option - simply dissappear from UAE market, bcs the customer service & quality of your work dose not match with Dubai standards! Maximum u guys are capable to do is to change batteries in watches and stick stickers on the t-shirts!

Worst service ever, they changed my screen for 1500aed they told original, they gave guarantee paper after 2 hour screen didn’t work. I took to them they told fault not from us. Never trust them
Worst service they’re selling fake screennever trust them. I paid 1500aed for fixing they gave also guarantee paper after 2 hours I found defect on it I took back they didn’t change it they told its my fault. And in a few days it became full defect.
