Cry of despair. Second time "Minutes Dubai" showing the worst of customer service. I am attending an event this week and need to repair my shoes for the event, explaining to the Minutes employee the issue with the shoes and after 3 working days getting a message that my shoes are ready for pickup just in time for the event. Showing up at their store happy to collect to shoes and realising that the issue has not been fixed ... at all!!! 10 min explaining to the Minutes employee that the issue is not addressed and getting a response that they will send the shoes back to the warehouse and it will take anothet 3 working days. No further comment. No proper explanation or any attempt to fix the situation at the spot or even human empathy.... my advise, please please dont waste your time on this store!!! They dont know what is the meaning of customer service at all.....

Good troubleshooting, after my AirPods Pro Max, when I bought them were damaged, and the apple warranty was expired, the Minutes store resolved my issue, responsibly and 100% safely. Thank you for your good customer service.

Great service at Minutes Shop in difc! My laptop had some minor issues, and they checked it for free. The team was quick, professional, and got it fixed in no time. Highly recommend them for fast and reliable repairs!

I had my iPhone screen replaced at this store, and it was a terrible experience. They replaced the glass, but in the process, they damaged my motherboard, which led to two days of trying to fix it. I suspect they used a cheap Chinese copy for the replacement, as my phone has been malfunctioning since. It doesn’t update anymore, works much slower, and sometimes the screen just goes black and I have to restart it. I never received any apology for the issues they caused. In the end, I paid for a screen replacement and ended up with a broken phone. I was without my phone for two days, and when I got it back, it was still not working properly. I highly recommend avoiding this place – they just broke my phone and took my money.

I wouldn’t recommend minutes, I sent my watch in for repair and it came back with an additional issue. The strap was damaged during the repair and they have refused to acknowledge the issue, avoid.

If I were asked where in the UAE, namely in Dubai, are the most welcoming and friendly people, my answer would definitely be the DIFC Minutes store. Immediately after I contacted them, Fazlur Rahman and his colleague Anjum Rana very quickly resolved my problem and gave numerous pieces of advice to prevent it from happening again. I definitely recommend contacting this wonderful place!

Must visit place, i came for sandal service for changing heels tip, she suggest me outsole protection now my sandal looks new. Thank you Rebecca for the help also good store ambiance and service.

Whilst otherwise a decent shop with good products and service beware the gent applying screen protectors on phones . Perhaps not the most experienced . Best if you ask Rebecca to do it as she seems more sure of her craft.
It’s been one day since my screen protector was applied and it’s already bubbling . The fact that he had to apply it twice (after I pointed out that the first attempt was misaligned ) is probably why it’s already in tatters.

Worst experience ever!!!!! It took an hour and at the end not answering my needs!
They had issues with the usb and took them almost half an hour to format it! How come such services function with only one USB?! Then they don’t have bar code in all the items that they sale! Which took even more time just for me to be able to pay!
