I booked an appointment for a minor service on my car two weeks in advance, with a scheduled time of 9:00 AM. I arrived on time, expecting the service to take no longer than the 2 hours maximum. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. Despite the scheduled appointment, I was told that I would have to wait until 4:00 PM to receive my car. The reason provided was that they were overwhelmed with too many appointments. This raises the question of why the service center continues to book so many appointments if they are already under pressure and unable to accommodate customers in a timely manner. Overall, the lack of organization and the inability to manage appointments efficiently resulted in a very frustrating experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve their scheduling system and customer service to avoid similar issues in the future.

It's my 2nd time dealing with MG service in Fujairah. It was not a good experience. The service advisor,Jagroop, whom I spoke to before and also booked the appointment, did not even greet me and the receptionist was obviously told to deal with me instead. She was professional, but then I was told about how prices of services change all the time depending on availability of parts. I was also informed that my next service, which is 60000km, is a major service, this is in conflict to what was told to me before, because I was told major services are 40000km and 80000km. The worst part was that they never stamped or signed the service book for both services done. I had to drive back 20km to get it done. MG needs to check their rival companies, other companies give services free. I feel like I am being ripped off. I have sold 24 cars and they didn't even give me any recognition in any way. I have 7 more people who want to buy MG cars but I told them to look at other companies.
