Good location and a great service team. So, I used Al Tayer to service my 2011 Mustang Shamal, I had an electrical problem and another time, my AC went out, blows cold now. I bought the car in early 2018 and they had the full service history on record including a performance upgrade. I looked at a brand new Al Shamal on their show room floor shortly after they opened.
Got a call for a recall, then booked for the service 2 weeks ago. Went to the shop today on time just to learn that parts to be changed are not available in UAE and will be shipped in 2 weeks time. Just wondering why they would call for a recall if the necessary parts aren’t available, and what’s the point of early booking?
Such a bad experience with them, obviously technicians are not trained enough as well as bad customer service especially from employee Mohammed I was very disappointed from the was I was treated when I was only seeking for an acceptable solution.
Totally unsatisfied with the service. they have reject my car and told Engine need to replace even they charged 400+5%AED and told engine failure then i call recovery to collect my car and i changed battery and plug from out side now my car have no any issue driving fine. i lost my money around 650AED Recovery+Texi+Al-TAyer Fujairah.
