However Mechatronic refused to provide product codes that all other Festo distributors were willing to provide and confirm. When my purchase manager insisted for the product codes as per Festo brochure they stopped answering our email.We are an international company with multiple location around the world thus we were able to check with multiple Festo distributors and know that something is not right. Mechatronics interaction put in doubt if we were going to get a genuine Festo products or a knockoff.
