AC replacement was done fast and professionally by highly skilled technicians highly recommended They cover area of work to minimize damage and keep cleanliness. They inspected and recommended which AC best fits for our specification. Removed and discarded all extras. Did alterations where needed and refixed.

Extremely bad service when it comes to fixing a simple aluminium door, 2 inspections, weeks of waiting, then another inspection because they lost track of the previous ones, then they took a sample, then they say we can't fix, then they refuse to return the sample which is a piece of the lock they are supposed to fix and now after their sample the lock in unrepairable ... "Experts" indeed!

PS: I complained but it seems they only care when it's public ... So here goes nothing!

Fixperts did an amazing job always and the team leader Mr Guru who is doing the excellent job he is experts in ac , plumping and electricity when he visits to the villa do all the jobs very professionally I highly recommend.

Fixperts have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They fully renovated our 4E property in the Springs, and we are delighted with the outcome. Kamal gave us brilliant advice on how we could extend and enhance the property, and is extremely knowledgeable about Emaar guidelines. He has been consistently trustworthy, helpful, communicative, and is a genuinely lovely guy! The garden landscaping has also been brilliant, with Raja and his team doing an amazing job! From the planning of the garden to the installation of the pool, we are so happy with the work. The garden is now an oasis of calm thanks to Raja. Rihan was great in managing the day-to-day running of the renovation - he went above and beyond to fulfil even the smallest details of the vision. A huge thank you to Kamal, Raja, Rihan and all of the guys who worked so hard on the project. We would definitely recommend Fixperts for renovation projects.

I called fixperts team because there was a water leakage in the bathroom ceiling. They asked for 300 AED + VAT for first visit and said that parts if necessary will be charged separately. The team came and discovered that the AC had a minor issue that they fixed by pumping air into the one of the drainage tubes which took less than 15 minutes, and they advised that one of the spotlights and its holder are damaged because of the water leakage. The team told me a separate quotation for the parts will be provided. The fixperts then texted me asking for 420 AED to replace one spotlights and its holder! When I asked for itemization they said that the spotlight and its holder is for 50 and the remaining is for installation, 50 AED for supervision and 300 AED for installation again. I said this is not reasonable, and and they kept arguing that they need to dispatch a new team and it is a NEW issue different than AC issue so I need to pay the 300 AED again. I called and ask for management and after 3 calls they finally agreed to give me a total discounted price for 250 AED instead of 420 AED just to replace the spotlight and its holder. I agreed to pay because I did not want to ask a new company to come assess and replace for such a minor issue. They eventually sent the same team to fix the very minor issue. It cost me a total of 550 AED for fixperts team to pump air into a tube and replace a spotlight. While team did their job in fixing, I do not recommend Fixperts as they are too commercial, unreasonable, and other companies offer a cheaper assessment visit and they even deduct the assessment cost from the total bill.

I had a great and very quick experience at the shop. Also great prices for screen protectors - i love the quality. They also do shoes and bag cleaning and so much more! You wont miss their store by the P2 in dubai hills mall. Thank you AbdulSalam and Charissa for your help!

Kamal, Nithin and team were fantastic start to finish. They completely transformed the downstairs of our house. The guys were also working on site at the time of this years natural disaster / flooding. The guys incredibly still made it to site and also prevented other damage to our house. Great team.

Terrible Experience!
I have been contacting this company to do some maintenance work in my house. It took them almost 1 week to send someone for inspection and almost 2 weeks to get the quotations requested. I had to call several times to follow up on the status of the quotation and until now I still did not receive a reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They came and didn't do anything to the washing machine, collected 100 AED for inspection and thats it! Totally unreliable and not professional as the washing machine still has bad smell and not clean properly

We had Fixpert for our villa renovation by thinking it is a professional contractor, but unfortunately our experience is quite far from being professional!
Honestly, it was also unexpected for us since they had lots of positive reviews!
We are really sorry and regretful by having them as we had to chase them all the time to have a proper work. There was a lack of site supervision and communication.
They are not able to create a proper schedule to finish on time. Their site team is ok but there is a huge lack of organization within Fixpert. We complanied a lot during the renovation; however, I don't think they are taking it seriously. A proper site supervisor started to control the works at the very latest stage.
It is also unprofessional not to show up on the arranged day (even without informing), which we had this many times (still having) after moving in for the remaining works to be completed.
