DO NOT Use this company's services , is going to be added to my blacklist of Dubai business .Our broken oven which they repair stop working next day , the lie to us the will come back to fix it as the promise one year guaranty , but of course the don't care and now don't even answer our phone calls , they are not too busy as i tried to call them from new number and phone was picked up quick. So unprofessional , don't know what the doing and on top of never gave us recite with is illegal . Waist of your time , stay away.
If I could give it ZERO or NEGATIVE, I would have done it! They repaired my tv for backlight issue but not even a week after they fixed it, it’s not working again. They said they give 1 year warranty after fixing, but when I asked them to take it and repair it again, tat first they said they will collect it but nothing happened! It’s been more than a month that I have requested for it via whatsapp and phone call, but they don’t respond and answer to my calls AT ALL!!! MIND YOU, REFRAIN FROM GETTING SERVICES DONE HERE!!! Lost my AED350!!!
Not at all reliable..... they suddenly stop taking your calls and reading your message
So disappointed, saw few good review Call them but it was a mistake. Took TV for 1 hour to check but didn't respond for almost 3 hours and took money for service charge without doing anything. Tried to call them they responded very rudely. Keep saying they will deliver however every time we call they keep changing the timing to deliver. Very bad customer service 😕
This company is doing best washing machine and dishwasher air fryer all the electric stuff repairing at best prices and their staff is very talented
