Bought a 3v maxwell battery they charge me aed30 and I enter to Carrefour after it by chance passed by battery section found energizee 2 pieces for AED 14
Came back to them asked for a refund they said we can't refund it we can only exchange it with any other item

I was changed my iphone screen from Mirdif city center brach and the quality is not good and the screen was not working properly, then the employee said we are in close time , so you can come any time or visit any other brach they can fix it , so after days i visit maesem city center brach they refuse to solve it they said there’s crack so its out of warranty, but the issue its from beginning not now and the screen its not fixed properly ,

Jayantha is the absolute best! Anything watch related, definitely go see him. The entire staff is friendly, and the store is really clean. The service is of very high quality. Rest assured, anything you need done will be in good hands here.
The worst service ever, technicians are as knowledgeable as they say they are. It takes for ever (3 to 4 days) to get an equipment fixed , if they fixed. They couldn't fix a Samsung s22, and an macbook 2019. So to all of you with branded equipment just go to apple or Samsung and fix it there, these guys are a scum and don't even care about their name in the market. Conclusion the worst service ever never coming back notr anyone else should !!!
Unprofessional with no skills
I went to this place to change the battery of my car keys a Mustang v8, and the guy started using blades to open the key and forcing it, even though i already asked him not to force it as the key have a button to open it, however he ignored me and broke the key.
So i called the manager asking for them to replace the key as they broke it, he said he can't do anything. And that's what happens when you hire anyone with no skills and no communication skills.
Please change your staff
I don't recommend this place at all. I ended up paying 900 dirhams for a new key.
Went to get my watch battery replaced, and the guy (looked like the manager) was negotiating the price with me, like we're in Karama. Isn't minutes supposed to have a set price for things? I enquired about a different service and they told me to WhatsApp them to get a price estimate. It's been a couple of days and no one has even read my messages yet. Seems like management changed.
