As we had issue in our office AC and team did a very good work. I have called them twice for repairing and they responded very well and dint charged for the service they did. whenever i called they comes very next day and did the proper work. We really appreciate the work done by team.
Extremely Bad experience! No one answered the calls in service centre for 2 days and when after 4 days got a call back informing us that the Inspection will take a few more days and only after that repair will be done for a simple crack on the Iron cover without any mechanical damage.

job no 2114417 We complain electric hub whirlpool brand and they send technician and technician just see and said need to change parts and go back then we try to call more then 100 time no one pick phone then i call sale counter from sale department i get supervisor mr. Wilson mobile number and hi also didn't answer for while then i continuously tried finally hi answer and say will take 7 days after 7 days then again 7days and finally the come with part's and try to open fix but while fixing they damaged the other part's and make more worsen then before and now again we have to struggle for another 3 week to try to call no one is answering
overall i want to say it's bad service i ever i see in my life no one is responsible persons their, anything they will till you to wait
Noone picks up at the Service Centre and noone responds on watsapp helpline as well. Basically you are stuck with the Philip's product because service and repair are not available unless you are prepared to visit the service yourself which is far off from the main city.
One of the worst customer service. Many time called them and WhatsApp them our whirlpool dryer service. No one come and solve our issue.there call center customer service staff are non helpful and rude with customer.
Service was excellent. We had our steam generator repaired. We were told the repair would take about 2 weeks but we were surprised to receive call from them sooner than expected. They would call and inform the customers regarding the issues as well as the price before proceeding with the repair. It was swift and hassle free. It has 3 months after repair warranty which is quite ok. Price is quite reasonable as well. Overall, we are happy with the result. Nevertheless, they also have retail showroom in the same premise where they sell Philips, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid brands appliances.
The most unprofessional, rude and un-helpful customer service staff I have ever met. Especially Jennifer, she was so mean. I bought a Philips IPL device and it doesn’t work for my skin tone, even though on the packaging it clearly says that it would work on my skin tone. The point of sale recommended I take it to this shop. I was there for over 2 hours, and their service was not transparent, they made us go around in circles and just wasted our time. They didn’t even give us a report telling us the product worked fine. They said it’ll take atleast 2 days (but they didn’t specify what). Over all the next steps were unclear and we really had to ask again and again just to get a basic point across.
