Came here for a last minute appointment to service my Abarth. The customer service and attention to detail was impeccable! Mr Amr Adel from the Abarath team was so hands on and communicated with me throughout the service with updates on the progress. I can’t begin to emphasize how excellent the customer service was! The actual service itself was thorough and they managed to replace all necessary parts. Not to mention the turn around was so fast I couldn’t believe it. Excellent work!

I take my car to them for a passenger side air bag recall , but they have broken the glove box handle. After they broke it they wrote a note this happened before. It is not correct because I’m 100% sure you broke it.
Update to my problem, after you fix your mistake by fixing my car. Now I come to try to collect my car. But the security person not allowing me to go inside because the advisor Ali didn’t keep the key with the security. I’m disappointed of you and will never make any business or deals with you. Bin Hamodah company are one of the best you can’t reach the level of customer happiness they have there. Good luck.
Initially, I thought my experience with Al Ghandi was decent, but after my last annual vehicle inspection, I realized that their service falls short of expectations. Surprisingly, they neglected basic maintenance tasks like wheel alignment and rotation during the inspection. Moreover, less than 2,000 kilometers after my last service, the front bushing failed unexpectedly.
I'm utterly perplexed as to how such a critical component could fail so soon after servicing. As a customer, I expect Al Ghandi's mechanics to identify and inform me about potential issues or components nearing the end of their lifespan. Their failure to do so not only compromises the vehicle's safety but also undermines my trust in their service.
It's disappointing that a reputable dealership like Al Ghandi overlooks fundamental aspects of vehicle maintenance. Their lapse in providing comprehensive and transparent service has left me dissatisfied and questioning their competence. I urge them to review their service protocols and prioritize customer satisfaction through meticulous inspections and open communication.
My car is a Groove Premiere was in accident. I had a positive experience with Ras Al Khor Al Ghandhi Service Center, particularly with Mr. Navas who handled it. He is very efficient and quick at getting things done. I was so happy to get my car back 4 days before the promised release date.
my experience there was excellent, thanks to Mr Amr Mohamed Adil, who is passionate about his work and does not miss anything keeping the customer well informed. I would like to thank him for his help, dealings, reception, and the wonderful smile that never leaves his face. I recommend him to anyone who wants to have an excellent and smooth experience.
TLDR: avoid this place. Spend your money somewhere you will be respected and your time valued.
Had a mediocre experience last year. Figured I would try again. I book an appointment which is still a chore. Monday at noon fine drop the car sunday with security. Monday 4pm get called to ask what needs to be done which was given with the booking. Np explain need brakes and a tpms sensor. Get offered 3 different services I don’t want repeatedly. Land on an oil change, brakes, tpms. Fine Wednesday 3pm have to call in 3 times before I get a representative. Oil change is the only thing done to my car. Service tech just priced the brakes today. Upset I tell them to cancel the rest i will come get my car now. Now they have time to do my tpms sensor while im in a cab headed to retrieve my car. I declined. Avoid these guys. Spend your money somewhere you will be respected and your time valued.
Waited at the service desk for an hour to speak to a manager was given a number that doesn’t have a voicemail and will not pick up. He finally came out when he thought i left.

Was told service will take max 2 days. Turned to be a whole week. Result - issue not resolved. Given a quote to have mechanic review for 10k+ aed. Just review! not even to resolve the issue. Said no. Got the car back in the condition as in the photo.
We brought our Captiva to the showroom to have the fender liner repaired as it was damaged when the tyre burst. At the same time we utilized the smart repair or detailing for the car. After 5 days, they called us to pick up the car. When we got there, they gave us the gate pass within 10 mins but we had to wait for an hour for the car to be brought out. When we saw the car, the fender liner was still broken and the smart protect was a mess. The car looked even more damaged than when we brought it there. Worse, there was no one to attend to us as almost everyone has left including the service agent and the reception. We were very disappointed with their service which is really unexpected from such a good brand.
