Overall Customer Sentiment:
Based on the provided data (862 total reviews, 4.4 average rating) and a sample of recent feedback, the overall customer sentiment appears to be largely positive, indicating a generally satisfactory experience for a significant portion of customers. However, the sample reviews also highlight areas of significant dissatisfaction, particularly concerning specific aspects of service and product support.
Service Quality:
Positive feedback frequently mentions helpful and supportive staff, quick service turnaround times (e.g., 2 days for repairs), and successful repairs that restore products to a like-new condition. Specific employees are occasionally praised for their assistance. Conversely, a notable weakness lies in accessibility and responsiveness, with reports of difficulty reaching the company via phone and email, and a lack of follow-up on inquiries.
Common Themes:
A recurring positive theme is the effectiveness of repair services and the helpfulness of individual staff members. However, a significant negative theme revolves around issues with spare parts availability and warranty claims, particularly for products not purchased directly from the business or its authorized channels. This lack of readily available parts and inconsistent warranty application creates frustration and a perception of unprofessionalism for some customers. Difficulty in contacting the sales team for bulk purchases also indicates a potential gap in business development processes.
Final Assessment:
While the high average rating suggests a strong foundation of positive customer experiences, the detailed feedback reveals critical areas for improvement. The business demonstrates strengths in technical service and individual staff performance. However, addressing the challenges related to spare parts availability, clarifying and consistently applying warranty policies, improving communication channels for both service and sales inquiries, and ensuring all staff members maintain a professional and helpful demeanor are crucial steps to enhance overall customer satisfaction and solidify a reputation for high-quality and reliable service.
Amazing service center and Job done in 2 days, Receptionist are very helpful at front desk ( Rashema and Core )
Are you sure there are people working there??? I was trying to call ,it took me almost half an hour no one answer????
Great service from start to finish. They made my very distressed kitchenaid mixer (that had leaped off a counter top) like new for less than the purchase of a new one. All interaction was easy and helpful. Warranty included.
I am trying from last 2 weeks To reach out the sales team for bulk purchase
I contact on phone and email I didn't received any response.
I request from the service center for getting the information of sales team active members Whatsapp and email but they didn't provide me any information
We are interested to work with them but in the two weeks we didn't find the right guys for bulk purchase I think it's not the right way to deal your clients who interested to Collab you 👈
I purchased a Philips hand blender (model HR2545/01) from Carrefour because of the brand's reputation. Unfortunately, the bowl lid with the gearbox broke. When I contacted customer service to inquire about spare parts, I was shocked to learn that they were not available for purchase. The representative suggested checking with Noon, Carrefour, or Amazon, as they are authorized dealers.
I visited Carrefour, and they reached out to their responsible department, but I was informed that the parts were not available there either, as the agent was not securing them. They directed me to Jumbo, but they also did not have the part I needed for the same reason. This experience has made me realize how unprofessional the company is. Now, I have to throw away the blender and buy a new one, but I will not be purchasing another Philips product. The only option for obtaining the parts seems to be ordering them from eBay or another international website, which would cost me nearly half the price of the blender itself.
In contrast, other brands like Kenwood, sold through Jashanmal, offer much better service. I was able to repair my juice blender by paying just 10 dirhams for the gear driver, and I simply needed to visit their service center in Al Quoz, even though I originally purchased the machine from Carrefour.
I highly recommend avoiding any brand under Al Ghandi. If you choose to purchase one, be aware that once it gets damaged, you're likely going to have to dispose of it.

Thank you for quick and best effort extended to us. We made it to our deadline because of your assistance, Shamsuddin. Thank you Karen, though you are a trainee your help made it easy for us.
Thanks to Ciril, he was very helpful!! And he was very supportive in order to replace my device!
The most unprofessional, rude and un-helpful customer service staff I have ever met. Especially Jennifer, she was so mean. I bought a Philips IPL device and it doesn’t work for my skin tone, even though on the packaging it clearly says that it would work on my skin tone. The point of sale recommended I take it to this shop. I was there for over 2 hours, and their service was not transparent, they made us go around in circles and just wasted our time. They didn’t even give us a report telling us the product worked fine. They said it’ll take atleast 2 days (but they didn’t specify what). Over all the next steps were unclear and we really had to ask again and again just to get a basic point across.
Very poor service. When I called over the phone, spoke to several agents over the phone, they asked me the purchase date of the appliance and where it was purchased from. I was informed that it was under warranty. After driving 40min, I was told that they don’t provide warranty for products bought from this seller ( appliance was purchased through noon). And said it can only be repaired out of warranty.Spoke to the manager Hossam and he informed they only give warranty to Philips appliances sold through them within UAE. So the Philips brand doesn’t count it is the seller that counts
