Due to less man power it is taking long time to drop off and pick up cars. Also some of the staffs are not behaving well.

As per our initial agreement, we were supposed to receive our car by Monday. However, we were informed that the release is pending due to an alleged lack of approval from our insurance company. Upon contacting the insurance company, they clarified that they have not received any communication or approval request from your agency. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but has also led to unnecessary stress and disruption to our daily lives. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but the lack of clear communication and the discrepancy between your statements and the information from the insurance company are unacceptable. I kindly request an immediate investigation into this matter and prompt resolution of the issues causing the delay. Additionally, I urge you to improve communication channels to avoid such misunderstandings in the future. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and expect a swift resolution to the current delay.
Keeping your customers satisfied with your product or service is non-negotiable thats place just follow the same role model. Very Friendly staff .you can also bring kids with you as theres kids play area ..so clean place best part you can chill in lounge room watch T.V wifi quite fast ..sanitizer placed in everywhere i get chance to have a quick peak on VIP lounge soo..Luxury lounge best service centre more then great .big shout also to Mr Ahmed saad i had to many concerns he were very helpful as a manager to walk out with me to answer all my concerns he has a lot of experience .for sure i will come back ..💯💯
This service is absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get in touch with them, but no one answers the phone and when they answer they say they will contact me and ignore me directly! . There's a huge delay in everything, and they don't provide any information about what's going on. I'm really frustrated because they haven't even bothered to contact me about the problem my car is there for three weeks.
Unprofessional, Disappointing Its better to travel 200 km to other service centers than taking ur car to them , they need more than 8 h to finish regular check up then u will get ur car dirty , zero inside care , and the labour charge more than 400 aed !! So bad service Note: the reception employee libin is nice and cooperative but the team is so bad
