Porsche Service Centre Fujairah

I have had some bad experience in the past with porsche Fujairah service center, they were Not treating the cars as they should However, recently Mr. Fahad ummar have provided exceptional service which restored my faith in this branch, he is passionate and professional about his job and i was satisfied with the service more than ever.

I would like to thank the customer service employee. *Fahad” for a best service I has deal with Porsche . Kind , polite and knowledgeable staff. You are lucky to have him with your team. Thanks Monday 24 Reem

recently had my Porsche serviced at Porsche Service center -Fujairah and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were welcoming and professional, addressing all my concerns with expertise. My car was returned in pristine condition, running better than ever. The level of customer care and regular updates were exceptional. Thank for the team and Mr. Gulzar Ahmed for an outstanding service experience.

Regarding my old review I receive a phone call from Al Naboodah Porshe center to have meeting with me .. i meet Mr.Shijo which is the service manger and he welcome me in very nice way. He ask me about my bad experience that happen when i came the last time .. also he told me they took some new decisions against the one who treat me bad when i came last time. Even more he ask me to make check on my car and he offer me free services to some issues in the car and he fix it for me . Special thanks for Mr.Shijo because he can give a good image about Porsche company and he was very helpful. “I bring my car two days ago in 20 April to check up on my Panamera 4s in the Porsche service center. They told me its need one day to check on it . I came after 2 days and they don’t have good welcoming and they make me late inside for almost 20 min . And after all that they bring me the car. I open the door i found that they take of the seat and they bring it to me like that. Im very disappointed about that because Porsche is very big company around the world and they must be very professional but unfortunately they didn’t do that . The guy who work there he is Egyptian he told me that my car ready from yesterday and when he see it he was quite ! And he didn’t even tell me wait inside he was like come after 1 hour without saying anything like sorry for that or come inside set down we will solve the problem. I think this is very bad customer service and i advice no one to come to to Nabooda Porsche service center in fujaira because you will be shocked from them .”

Very good service center , very polite and do hard efforts for customer,good reception perfect handling after finishing service, thanks for MR Gulzar Ahmed who has been always grateful and helpful with good communication.
