I bring my car two days ago in 20 April to check up on my Panamera 4s in the Porsche service center. They told me its need one day to check on it . I came after 2 days and they don’t have good welcoming and they make me late inside for almost 20 min . And after all that they bring me the car. I open the door i found that they take of the seat and they bring it to me like that. Im very disappointed about that because Porsche is very big company around the world and they must be very professional but unfortunately they didn’t do that . The guy who work there he is Egyptian he told me that my car ready from yesterday and when he see it he was quite ! And he didn’t even tell me wait inside he was like come after 1 hour without saying anything like sorry for that or come inside set down we will solve the problem. I think this is very bad customer service and i advice no one to come to to Nabooda Porsche service center in fujaira because you will be shocked from them .
I hope the Fujairah branch takes customer feedback seriously and improves their services. During each car service, I face the same issues. Firstly, there's a notable lack of communication skills among the employees “except for the receptionists”. I've never felt like they really care about me as a customer. My car is essential for my safety and maintaining the good reputation I've built since buying it. During my last visit on April 14th, I requested a check on the car tires and fix the brake shoe noise.Due to the flood in Fujairah, I went to take the car on April 26th and it was during the working hours. I didn't receive any updates or a service report, just I saw a person saying the key left inside the car and I can take it. In contrast, other car services typically engage with customers, providing detailed explanations of the services and handing over service reports. After several requests, I got the reports emailed to me, but I struggle to understand them.Also, they didn't advise me to change the tires even though it was clearly needed for my safety. And instead of fixing the brake noise, it got worse after the service. I could take it back, but it would disrupt my work. I always suffer from bad smell of the car after the services for many days.I've asked them multiple times to clean the car properly and get rid of any bad smells. Although this time, the inside was fine, but the outside was dusty from April 16th until pickup, which indicating a lack of focus on delivering high-quality services. Finally, Receiving follow-up calls to ensure service quality is crucial. However, up to today, May 2nd, I haven't received any calls regarding the services, which I believe is important. I hope the Audi management takes my feedback seriously and considers it important. I also hope they change their strategy to improve their services and maintain the reputation and build the positive image about the ADUI "Fujairah" branch.
