Good store and they have all Karcher products here. Both home and professional use. They also spares. Price is good.
High quality products and high quality team. Those people are so proud to carry and promote their brand. I received excellent after sales service for Karcher machines I purchased long time back from a different retailer. I found them professional, knowledgeable and patient. A special thank to Thomas, the branch manager, for taking the time to explain how to use Karcher products more effectively.
Horrible products. I purchased the se 4001 which is the carpet cleaning vacuum and the hose wouldn’t even go into the vacuum. It took me ages to set it up as it’s not very consumer friendly and the last part where I had to insert the hose in, it didn’t work. I took it back and the store I bought it from checked other units and they all had the same problem. To be honest for the price you pay, which is not too cheap, this product seems to be of low quality because it’s not even checked properly before placing it in suppliers’ stores. I ended up getting a Bissell vacuum cleaner and it works perfectly. They even sent a guy to set it up for me at home and show me how to use it.
Is it really so difficult to update your working hours on your website or on Google maps? This morning, I called asked for drop-off and repair services...and be assured no one bothered to inform a customer about Ramadan opening hours... It's called customer service!
