Been there twice and i would highly recommend this place for any fixing and service for most car brands. Very special thanks to Mr John and Mr Jacob for being so professional and doing an amazing job making sure my car was perfectly fixed and taken care of.

Experts in action, with best price. Best place for all your car maintenance needs. Specialized in German brands as well. My Audi Q7 maintenance was done meticulously. Mr Waheed is expert in German car brand, and he got the job done exceeding my expectations addressing and fixing issues which I never paid much attention to. Service Manager Mr John was supportive and very courteous. He explained the process and gave complete information which was truly a trust building. On top of all their service charges and parts prrices are economical and transparent. So you get best service at best price.

Having bad experience from this workshop, i will not send my vehicles to this workshop anymore.

Service advisor do not even listen to our complaints and he works on his own. A simple issue was not able to fix and he did not even do a test drive to observe the issue and fix the same. Pathetic service.

TRUST forms the foundation of the service industry. Recently, I visited Vallo Automobile workshop to replace the AC compressor in my Audi A3. My experience with Mr. Ibrahim, the Service Engineer, was exceptional. He was polite, trustworthy, and honest, creating a positive and professional atmosphere throughout the process. Beyond simply assisting customers, he contributed to building the brand's value. It has been a week since my AC was serviced, and so far, it’s working perfectly and smoothly. A big thanks to Vallo, especially to Mr. Ibrahim and the unknown mechanic who worked on my car, for the outstanding service!

Worst experience ever had. എന്റെ പൊന്നോ....വേറെ ഏതേലും ബംഗാളി ഷോപ്പിൽ പോയാൽ ഇതിലും നല്ല സർവീസ് കിട്ടും. ഒരു പ്രൊഫഷണൽ സർവീസ് പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു പോയാൽ നിരാശ ആയിരിക്കും ഫലം. 🥵
പാർട്സിനു ആണെങ്കിൽ ഇവർ ഇടുന്ന price, പുറത്തു നിന്നും കിട്ടുന്നതിലും കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. അതും വണ്ടി അവിടെ കൊടുത്താൽ ഏതു പാർട്സ് ആണ് ഇടുന്നതു എന്ന് പോലും അറിയില്ല.
അവിടെ നിക്കുന്ന ആൾക്ക് എവിടെയും ഇല്ലാത്ത തിരക്കാണ്. നമ്മളുടെ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ കേൾക്കാനോ കൃത്യമായി ചോദിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കാനോ സമയം ഇല്ല. തലങ്ങും വിലങ്ങും ഓടുന്ന കാണാം. നമ്മൾ കാത്തു നിന്ന് മുഷിയും. അതും മണിക്കൂറുകൾ അങ്ങനെ നിറുത്തും.
ഒരു പ്രശ്നത്തിന് വണ്ടി കൊടുത്താൽ വേറൊരു പ്രശ്നവും ആയി വണ്ടി തിരിച്ചു കൊണ്ട് വരാം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഒരേ പ്രശ്‍നം തന്നെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും വരും.
അവിടേക്കു കൊണ്ടു പോയ വണ്ടികൾക്ക് ഒന്നും പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ തീർന്നു ഒരു ദിവസം ഉണ്ടാവില്ല. എല്ലാ മാസവും കേറി ഇറങ്ങാം.
ഞാൻ അറിയുന്ന ആർക്കും നല്ല അനുഭവം അല്ല. ഒരിക്കലും ഈ ഷോപ്പ് ആർക്കും recommend ചെയ്യില്ല. അവിടെ ചെയ്ത അതേ വർക്ക് വളരെ നന്നായി ചെയ്തു തരുന്ന ഷോപ്പുകൾ വേറെ ഉണ്ട്. നമുക്ക് തന്നെ ഒരു തൃപ്തി ഉണ്ടാവും.
എന്റെ മാത്രം അനുഭവം അല്ല, ഞാൻ അറിയുന്ന എല്ലാവര്ക്കും ഇത് തന്നെ പറയാൻ ഉള്ളത്. ഞാൻ മെനകെട്ടു ഇരുന്നു ഇതൊക്കെ എഴുതി എന്ന് മാത്രം. 🥴
