AutoFix Multibrand Car Service Center - Abu Dhabi

Don't try here waste service.i have photos after washing car still sand and chips are inside and outside also to dirty better go 25 aed wash better than auto fix.and they charge me 250 aed.for 10 k oil change and washing

Don't use them for Detailing work!

I came across thier ad on social media and was impressed with car detailng they had to offer, which looked like a premium service for a premium price.

Unfortunately it was far from that. The good, bad and the ugly.

The Ugly - the car was returned in a worse state then given, they had sprayed the engine bay with greasy chemicals and it was literally soaking, worse still not even clean. Same with the interior, not even vacuumed properly, body polish panels missing and polish residue literally everywhere on the car.

The Bad - The work is done by a third party and they used probably the cheapest third party to maximise thier Profit....ADNOC car wash would have been better.

The Good - When informed of the issues to the manager James, he went out of his way to rectify, he agreed their was lack of quality control from his team who should have checked over the work before collecting from the third party.

I normally would not have paid for this work as I now need to take it to a professional detailer to fix the issues however I didn't want them to think I did this to get out of paying.

My advise, they should stick to repairs and leave the detailing to professionals!

Horrible experience. Sent my car for service, got overcharged almost 4,000 AED. The item failed within 1 month of their service. Nevertheless, my car was returned to me with a faulty door that did not exist at the time of the service.

Also, good luck trying to communicate. They take days at a time to answer and are very slow.

Never using their services again.

I sent the car for a simple service and after 2 months and 16,000 AED I received it back worst than ever
I had to take it again to a reliable service station to identify that car was even dangerous to drive
Moreover I lost my sunglasses and regardless the proven fotos that I delivered with glass inside no one knew what happened

Recently my car miner accident I did service in the auto fix garage auto fit garage mr.Arun representative he given a quality service and you treat the customer satisfaction. The quality of work and what customer says you did all the repair and vehicle was given as per the schedule date and is giving proper guidance this was I feel in the out of it service is a good Devan munirathinam

This place is a farce in the name of customer care and servicing. I have paid full payment for a service but have been running pillar to post to complete the service. No help, no follow up. They have zero respect for commitment and accountability.

Top-of-the-line services. They took care of my car minor damage from start to finish. Special mention to Arun, who works extra miles to accommodate all my queries and needs for my car. Highly recommended auto service center.
