Absolutely terrible service at Jeep! They took my car by recovery yesterday, and since then, I have been left completely in the dark. Despite multiple phone calls to the service center and various departments, I still have no idea where my car is or what’s happening with it. The lack of communication is beyond frustrating! How can a professional service center be this unorganized? There are NO updates, NO accountability, just endless waiting. If this is how they treat their customers, I can only imagine how they handle the cars!!!
Disappointed with the consistent lack of professionalism at this Jeep service center. It’s not the first time I’ve noticed that after a service, the test driver leaves the AC blasting on the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, and the radio completely messed with—volume up and set to whatever they feel like. This is about respect for the customer’s vehicle. I didn’t bring my car in to have someone treat it like their personal ride!!! It reflects a careless attitude that shouldn’t exist at a professional service center. Jeep needs to seriously address this behavior if they care about customer experience and trust.
I had a very disappointing experience with this car service center. From the start, communication was extremely poor — I had to repeatedly reach out to get any updates on my car, and most of the time, I received no response. They kept my car for two weeks, which was far longer than expected. After finally paying for what was supposed to be a repair, the car's condition actually became worse than before. To make matters even worse, a pair of my daughter's gold earrings that I had informed them about beforehand went missing. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I trusted them with my car and my property, and they failed on both. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this place.
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this service center and not the first time. The reception staff was shockingly rude and disrespectful, showing complete indifference toward customers. Despite having a booked appointment, I was forced to wait for nearly an hour because the service agent arrived late due to different working hours—something that should have been managed more professionally. Given this experience, I will never return for service or consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this place has failed completely in that regard for the Third Time!!!
Long waiting time before you can get an appointment. I received the car back after maintenance with a missing piece from the hood, and with my compressor suddenly not working. When claimed it back they said I would have to pay for it, and that they don’t fix parts (compressor) fixed outside. Service assessors knowledge and attention has decreased substantially over the years since I started servicing the car with them in 2015. I will probably change service company after my last experience.
