Tried to book a service appointment? Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. It’s like they don’t want your business after the sale. Extremely disappointing for a brand like Honda. They seriously need to fix their after-sales service. What is worse is the fact I ordered a part and after 2 long months I went for collection and they told me the part was given to someone else!!! Not to mention it was already paid for !
I had visited the service center for minor repair, waited for more than an hour, while my ticket number says no customers ahead. poor service. I have been a forever customer with them, but seems like their service standards are going down. They use to have a coffee and tea machine, which seems to be not working anymore. They look completely disorganized as the employees seem to be just walking haphazardly all over the place.

I was assisted by Thamseer during my 30km service. As always, this service center doesn’t disappoint. They did good work on the car and Thamseer has been very kind to explain the services to me and accommodate my requests to touch up on some minor scratches on the car. You can also let them know if you want to wait for the car, they usually do all the work in 2-3 hours.
Just did the 1st service for my car, the things I like about the service is that, its done in detail, well explained to me, and all my inquiries are answered professionaly. Mr. Benjamin who assisted me is very knowlegable, professional and pleasant to talk to. Generally the Place is very customer friendly.
