I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max from them, they gave a guarantee for a month that whatever happens, we will take it back. I checked my mobile and my water has gone. They said that there is no guarantee for water. When I bought it from them, they said that there will be a guarantee for getting it. Then when they said that, after that, they said that we will fix it for you. When they fixed it, the display changed and the quality of the display was also two numbers. They then said that this is your good quality. Then they told me that we will fix it for you. Now they are saying that they took 400 dirhams, they also took 400 dirhams, they did not give the quality and they are saying that it is yours now. Oh, you can start betting. There is nothing to relax. I advise you not to take a mobile from them. They are all scammers I'm not recommend.
I bought last year 15 pro max but iPoint give me fake charger with mobile due to that i lost 4 percent battery in just 50 cycles. Last week i go there again to buy 16 pro max but now prices higher than other shops so i preferred other shop which give me 16 pro max 200aed lower than iPoint. I suggest to everyone should vist other market also much better option in market. And don't take any charger from local market should buy charger from directly Apple store.
