Sumsung s24 to given then to repair they damaged my camera and when i went back to show them there are informing that you didn't check meanwhile taking back there are very unprofessional guys they dont know how to repair mobile and they charged 760aed guys dont repair there

They sell fake products.I bought a Samsung battery with seal pack.The phone wasn't charging and heating up When I informed them they said they are unable to do to replace it.Pls don't waste your money with them.
This is one of the worst mobile repairing shops in Bur Dubai, apparently they have two branches within the same area, they charge 500 AED for applying a duplicate/fake mobile screen after promising a original for AED 500 I highly recommend the government and authority to check the quality and the service of this shop and suspend their license. While the owners of the shop are very arrogant and don’t have any respect for women. The owner Mr. Asim is the most unethical and misbehaving person . I highly recommend people to not visit the shop for any repairing . Its one of the most unethical and not safe at all, most of time the owners are not wearing a mask, over crowded, and they dont issue a receipt so that they exempted from paying taxes. Also they don’t wear their face mask most of time and it’s highly risky to visit them .
