Deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Ideal care automotive solutions for the recent repair of my vehicle. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel compelled to provide a detailed account of the numerous issues I have encountered throughout this process.
Some of the issues I initially reported were not properly resolved, and the recurrence of these problems indicates a lack of thoroughness in the inspection and repair process.
The time it took to complete the repairs was significantly longer than initially estimated. This not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my daily activities, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I will be very honest about my experience with this workshop and Anwar who is the owner. I started going there around a year ago on the recommendation of my friend who said that Anwar is good and pretty cheap mechanic. My couple of first experiences were really good - he did mostly simple things like a change of oil and filters, repaired my breaks for a quite fair price and brought me a new battery when I urgently needed it. I trusted him to do a job quickly and well. The first problem was when he damaged a paint on my car bumper. When I came home I noticed it and then I called him to report. He apologised and said that one of his staff did it unintentionally and he wasn't informed. I was sceptical but still trusted him and he promised he will fix it without charge. Next time I came he told me that I need to replace a radiator what I approved. By completing this job he damaged my AC, most probably by cutting a pipe which transfers a freon. So, 2nd time I take my car to him he and he makes more damage then repair. First time he replied and accepted to fix it, but.. he only filled it with a freon but not fixing the real problem. When I called him again he stopped answering even though I never treated him badly. So, now I have damaged bumper (never repaired until the end) and AC problem which he and his staff caused by incompetence. Unfortunately, after a good start and a trust we built, Anwar showed that he is not man of word.. I have dozens of messages that he never replied. He thinks that the best way of doing customer service is just to ignore a customer. I don't expect anything anymore but just advise to others to stay away and do not trust him as I did... and, I'm not the only one who complained on this kind of treatment.
