Auto central is"THE" best auto repair shop in town, I had a very professional and careful experience, especially from Mr. Omar Assaf, he was most helpful in getting my car well repaired beyond manufacturer results. I highly recommend this place for all kind of auto repairs and for the amazing carfstmanship this place provide 👍

I had an extremely poor experience with the used car sales department regarding customer responsiveness, service provision, and even addressing inquiries. During my visit to their location in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, despite having a prior appointment, I was made to wait for over an hour just to see the car. They kept transferring me from one employee to another whenever I had a question. Unfortunately, I purchased a car from them eight days ago and have yet to receive it. They only offer promises and procrastination without any reason. When I called them three times to complain, they responded that one of their employees would call me back, but no one ever did, leaving me waiting indefinitely. As a result, I’ll cancel the purchase.

I have coupon which I had bought and non of the card is used, and after calling on the call center they are not accepting. This is a cheating and I must report complaint to Police for this fraudulent activity. I have complete book with all coupons. Either I need complete refund or services against those card or else I will launch complain to authorities.

I have given my car for general service & oil change. During service it was informed by service supervisor to change the brake switch and he told that he will update the price. But till the service completion, he didn't informed about the part price, finally he handover the car after 3 hours. When i switched on the car, it was showing as "Service required" in the electronic cluster. I was told by supervisor that, no other person is available today and come back on Monday to change the brake switch. Tax invoice not given for the service, because no cashier available; Payment receipt not given, because paper not available. Everything ends up in bad impression of Auto central.

I sent my vehicle (Nissan Patrol) for an oil change (15+ point checkups) after it had driven 15 km after a significant service cost of 13k by Auto Central.
After collection, the vehicle was sent to the local garage for random inspection, which found the below mentioned,
Front both brake pad was cracked
Front shock bushes were also cracked
The front both side Xcel boot was damaged and about to be opened
However, they didn't say anything about the above during the vehicle handover, and the advisor simply said that everything was fine; otherwise, they should have informed accordingly.
It is recommended that the vehicle be re-inspected by local garages after delivery to ensure everything is fine, especially when driving it to Saudi/Oman.

Unfortunately Google won’t let anyone add a second review, so my new review is here, and my first review is below it. Again, thank you to Victor and his guys. They did a great job on my X1/9 and for a reasonable price. It’s well worth getting a quote from them. First of all I want to thank Victor and Hassan for taking really good care of my car. I brought it to them to be painted on short notice and they were very accommodating. The amount charged for the paint job was reasonable and the work quality was very good. There are one or two minor faults, but well within reason. I have already recommended them to friends of mine and hopefully they get similar enthusiastic service.

worst auto center, very very expensive & customer service is zero.
I bought coupon which is still valid till 31 Dec 2023 but they are not honoring their coupon. workshop guys said book through call center & call center said we stopped making booking for coupon.
