Avoid avoid avoid. Had to use them for Bosch dishwasher repair under warranty. Everything takes an age, 2 weeks for first reply back, technician assured that leak was fixed only for it to start leaking again within a day, whatsapp seems to have one person checking messages once a month, multiple callbacks were scheduled and never received, appointment was scheduled and was a no-show, no phone line open after 5pm to follow up. Over a month and still no completed repair. If you have the option, please choose literally any other company.

Bought Bosh Electric Cooker 11 months ago. Every meal cooked in the owen has been raw at the bottom. Called service center 5 times, they replaced some parts but did not solve the problem. They said that cooker works as expected but could not explain why the bottom of meals is always raw. The reaults show faulty product, so bosch service incompetent.

Great shop to get your home appliances from. Be aware that some items they have on the webpage may be not on display in the showroom here, but they can deliver most of the stuff listed on the webpage. The delivery is quite swift. I really appreciate the help of shop employees on ordering, delivery and installation. My highest recommendation! P.s. What I liked about this shop the most is that here they don't try to sell you something you don't need. But they will help you to get what you are looking for.

I had a small problem with my washing machine! According to the technician, Amruth, it would cost me around 900AED, so better to buy a new one! His recommendation!
He gave me the number of Ahmed from the show room! Who was my contact person to get the new machine! Was so response before getting the machine!
I just got the new machine.. but it is not working!! 4hrs running but not stopped! And now trying to call them .. they are not responsive as before getting the machine.. each person refer me to another one!!

The reception at the shop was welcoming and highly professional. Not a reputable company - don't be fooled by their affiliation to Bosch.
They sold me a "brand new" dishwasher which we later found out was manufactured in 2016, after it had continuous problems and had to be taken away for repair. They subsequently ignored my calls, and then messaged a week later asking me for money in order to replace their broken machine. They have not returned my dishwasher.
