I reach them out through phone call, Call center representative was good enough in therm of information. However I book an appointment as per them slot but unfortunately no one show of even no one call back nor cancelation of reschedule.
Mr. Nithin provided excellent service repairing our washing machine. He was punctual, courteous, and efficiently diagnosed the problem. The repair was completed quickly and at a fair price. We were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend HOME TECH for any kitchen appliances repair needs.
The WORST home tech service in Dubai!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Hometech Service. I recently replaced the hinge in my dishwasher through their service, and it has already broken again. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor workmanship, the call center manager, Fayol Thomas (not 100% sure about his name because he tries to hide his name), had the audacity to blame the customer for the issue. Even my friends experience similar issues.
Their communication is terrible—getting any clear update is nearly impossible. The service itself is just as bad, with delays, unprofessional technicians, and no regard for customer satisfaction. To make matters worse, when I called to address the problem, Fayol Thomas was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Rather than offering a solution, he chose to argue and shift the blame.
If you’re looking for reliable home tech service (especially a guy who picks up the phone) in Dubai, stay far away from Hometech! Their incompetence and lack of accountability make them one of the worst service providers I’ve ever dealt with.

Unfortunately my experience is so bad and not doing things properly. Collected washing machine on 10th of June, and not yet delivered after repair. Today when called, they are telling me that product is still not arrived and will deliver on next week. I think they were sleeping till yesterday, at least they should have the courtesy to call and tell the customer about the delay.
Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with this company and especially with their employee Haresh. He is incompetent, unreliable and very unprofessional. He was called to check the refrigerator. After looking at it for 10 minutes, we were supposed to turn the refrigerator off and he would come the next day to look at the appliance. Of course, he didn't come on the day in question, didn't respond to our messages and ignored our calls. The company should really think about whether it should employ people like Haresh. A huge disappointment.
Very bad service company.
They took my machine and give me a broken one also refuse to repair it, even more technician come and charge me but still same issue exist.
They said they will come to take the machine but no one come.
I do not recommend any one to deal with them at all.
We are very satisfied with their service. They don’t just sell appliances but also personally check the issue and provide the best solution, whether it's better to repair or replace. Their professional approach and timely service make them reliable. We've had a great experience every time!
