After seeing all these reviews that seemed almost too good to be true, I decided to approach them for a quotation for a full paint job on my gray Honda Accord. The price they offered was shocking. Someone named Bose personally called me and quoted 8,000 AED, while other shops had quoted me between 1,200 and 2,500 AED with warranty.
Disappointed..i had claimed accident insurance from here in 2016.the left side of bonnet and light was repaired.a year later, the painted parts began to crack slightly.as the years went by it got more and more, also the headlight began to fade more. when i showed them this problem today, they told me that there is only 3-month warranty after repair. i asked, is there any problem with the paint on the other side of my car?this is not your work deffect?.
they answered that ..no matter how luxury car you buy,what happen s to it a year later. they will not give warranty on it. they also asked me if i had re-painted after they had repaired?. i said you can check my car history.
assured that i would never choose, here again, returned from there disappointed.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. I waited over 30 minutes for the body and print service without receiving any assistance from the customer service representatives. Despite having 10 counters with employees available for other services, there was only one counter dedicated to accident reporting, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. This lack of efficiency and organization is unacceptable. My time was wasted, and the experience was nothing short of unpleasant. I expect better service and management moving forward.
I gave my car for 1,00,000 km service and very happy with the quality of service. I also got the deep cleaning done. the car was bit stained from inside. Cleaning done was amazing. the car looked clean and sparkling. Thanks.to Biju he has been supportive and kind.
I’ve dealt with Dynatrade in Nad Al Hamar multiple times — for maintenance, repairs, and even after an accident — and every time, their service has been excellent. They are fast, clear, and give the customer options. The quality of their work is high, and their staff is experienced, professional, and respectful. Prices aren’t cheap if you go for original parts, but the quality and trust are worth it. I highly recommend them!
Nothing much to say totally disappointment after service handover photos you see the team at Nad Al Hamer is ignorant and doesn’t care about reputation of company.
Totally unhappy with the service, did major service at Dyna trade, service advisor not interested to explain the issue at all.. expcept regular checj, they didnot even change the bulb. When reached service center to pick the car, they casually told that bulb need replacement. Service would be very very bad, if you have taken service contract... not at all recommonded for the service contract with Dyna trade
