Excellent job. Took my car cadillac escalade to change oil and it was a really fast service and done professionally. Defiantly coming here again

Honestly, it is one of the best garages I have dealt with. They care about every little thing and the smallest details. I highly recommend it to those who want to do a major service, as all the car's consumable parts are replaced with original parts from the agency. When you receive the car, you will know the difference yourself. There is also a rest room with all the comforts, such as the Internet, a giant TV screen, a billiards table, a coffee machine, a mineral water refrigerator, and the best thing is that you can monitor your car while you are in this air-conditioned room.

I have BMW X6M BLUE - MAJOR SERVICE

THEY DID MAJOR SERVICE TO MY CAR THEN ONCE I COLLECT MY CAR TO TEST DRIVE
I FIND warning ⚠️ on the screen overdue service and oil change warning and they didn't do programming for the car
also
I DIDN'T FIND ENGINE COVER

I informed them but still nothing

My experience with dluxe was the worst 👎👎👎👎First I took my car for service (BMW) and got it back worst than before!!!! They were supposed to fix the car break and do some programming updates, but unfortunately, they brought my car back and none of that was solved and I already did the payment of (8k) . I called them back and explained my problem but they refused that this was a mistake and they wanted me to pay again……
I received my car (not cleaned ) outside as well!

Regular price hikes + bait and switch. Basically the full book of bad business practices. To be fair their quality of work is slightly above market expectations but I do not appreciate shady practices. I was a regular customer, now I will have to find a new place. What a shame!

Very bad customer service…
Kept waiting for an approximate quotation while i told them the problem of my car for over 5 days and at the end they were like we cant give a quotation without checking the car ( in which i should pay for checking the problem) although i told them what the problem is

Very very disappointment, spend a hundred thousands for nothing, and after repair as well!!!
My suggestion u want a good service for your car, avoid this place!

Yesterday we gave our car for service, it required engine oil change and also there were faults with Airbag and Passenger safety system. Mr Hussain helped us through the process with suggesting only the required service (minor) and fixed the safety airbag electrical faults for cheap. Affordable for the quality they provide. Would recommend to everyone, will work with them again!👍
