I called today for an urgent phone charging port replacement , no other store was giving it to me in time or for the same price like Hala Phone. They fixed my phone in minutes, very clear very honest and fast. Will definately be returning as their friendliness convinced me to bring more devices . Do give them a chance
I regret to inform you that I had an unpleasant experience at Hala Mobile Shop in Oud Metha today at approximately 5:20 PM. Despite the positive reviews I had seen, the customer service I received was deeply disappointing.
Upon entering the shop to replace the screen protector for my S24 Ultra, the customer care representative (the one in tattoos in the side of his neck) completely disregarded my presence for over five minutes. He was preoccupied with attending to a sales delivery person, which I understand is necessary, but his behavior made me feel neglected and unimportant.
I would like to bring this matter to the attention of the Hala Mobile Shop owner and management. It is crucial to address such issues to ensure that customers receive the utmost attention and respect they deserve.
Regrettably, due to this incident, I will no longer be visiting Hala Mobile Shop in the future. The inability of one staff member to handle customers effectively has resulted in losing customer like me.

Mr Hazem guided me correctly for using correct screen protection for my phone and they have good quality of screen protectors and mobile accessories

The shop is conveniently located next to lamcy residence, with parking lot behind the building. The shop provided very good service and repair the phone screen with original quality in 30min. Staff is friendly and overall is a very good shop recommended to whoever needs.
