I initially faced a lack of coordination regarding tire pricing, resulting in unexpected billing changes. After discussions, a temporary invoice was issued, and the issue was resolved. Really bad customer service. Specially supervisor. (Filipino guy ) Force me to wait 1.5 hours and didn’t serve me as promised. I came 2 times and not been served.Trying to send me another branch saying oh we are busy now . Never told you I should take appointments before come to Auto pro!!

Today I visited for oil change. No one is checked for the requirements. Worst customer care. Still waited to my turn. I informed them for 10k oil change. No one checked the availability of 10k oil.
When I parked my car at the fleet, took another 10 mins to enter the details in the system. Then finally he concluded that 10k oil is not available. Without any hesitation, he told me to check other Enoc station.
They don't value the customer and their valuable time. Simply wasted 40 mins in their place. More than after 9.30pm, we can't search for service.
One of the worst experience. Based today's experience i don,t recommend this station for any service.
