Brought my brand new bike into the store to have the gears tuned since they were not tuned correctly. The guy who always has a black hat on is just the most insufferable person to deal with. I can't remember his name. He kept saying "I'm a mechanic , you don't know anything". I've been riding enough to know when a chain isn't tuned correct and that too for a brand new bike. He aggressively made some adjustments and started moving the pedals as if it were some cheap satwa market bike. I ended up taking it to beyond the bike in motor city where the staff did a fine job. If you are ever at the store avoid this guy. Pathetic.

I have placed an online order for three items and they were all delivered within 3 days and that’s acceptable. However, during the order process of the bicycle gloves, it doesn’t ask you to select the size so I thought it is a regular size. Once received, I noticed it is with a small size !! that doesn’t fit my hands. At least they fix their online process or to call the customer !! So will I order from them again, the answer is NO
Staff in this shop is really helpful, they don’t just sell products they value their service specially when giving advice and product reviews. I get in touch in one of their Filipino Technician “Jesse” who give a clear insights about road bikes. The back wheel of my bike has got a leak from a nail. I took my bike to them for repair. Because they had plenty of spare parts, they quickly replaced my bike with a new inner tube. They solved my problem in about 1 hour. What a pleasant experience.
