Avoid this place by all means. They are a big ripoff, especially the filipino guy who works there, i believe his name is Francis, of Frankie, his name starts with F, i forgot what it is. That guy should be fired. He quoted me for a basic regular oil change for more than 400 dhs, when i got surprised of the price being so high for a simple oil change, he kept saying that it is their price. So when i told him the same company near emirates mall did it for for less than 200 last time, he went back and came in again saying that it was their price. So i asked him to walk me through what is included in this service. He said: oil with protection and a filter, so i told him i didn't ask for protection, and asked him again to quote me the price without protection additive. So he came in with a price around 200 dhs. So without my permission he was trying to shove the freakin protection additive that is double the price of a full oil change, expecting me to just pay for it and walk away. What's worse is his attitude; he was so full of himself and he didn't apologize when i confronted him for trying to rip me off. Anyway, i went to the place near emirates mall, and they did the oil change for 175 Dhs. In conclusion, stay away from this place.

I brought my Xterra for transmission oil service at this Jumeirah branch.
First: I was quoted for 2 gallons of Trans fluid but they used only one gallon and I brought home the other one... Now I have it in my stock room.
Second: After the change oil and drove the car, I felt some harsh gear shifting from 2nd to 4th gear. I ignored it for a while. I thought it maybe because of the new oil. As day goes by, the issue still there. I decided to checked the oil level. I found out that it is way too high to its necessary level. I can guarantee you that I did it perfectly as I used a silicon tube with marker equal to the cold level marker of the dipstick (attached for your viewing) and I sucked up about 1.7 liters of overfilled oil (attached). Experienced mechanics know what is the bad effect of overfill transmission fluid. Oil foaming, oil starvation, harsh shifting, and easy wear and tear of parts. You guys lost one client.

Their location on the Beach Road is very easy to find and parking is available. They also have customers waiting area.
Very bad past experience
Every time I came to this place their asking me to change thermostat byepasshose atf and ignition coil spark plug … back then I don’t care I want my car is in good condition till the lockdown temporary I lost job … for 6 months I didn’t use my car and decided to change oil they ask me the same thing again until I pull out all my receipts from them and I ask my father do I need to change that every year… and then i ask them history how they change atf they said they are just adding atf oil that’s why the appearance of the oil still dirty that’s why every time I came they ask for all of this…
Very unprofessional Philippino workers are there, they keep asking the same question again and again like they don't listen to you they just automatically repeat the same sh** from their mind. Please avoid. I have been there just for oil change and it was disappointing and terrible
