a worst service, They may supply fault items. we buy new AC before 30 days. it is not working now. we have been contacting the service center and technician from 3 days but no one answer. No one respond to call. To repair one Ac , is it take time 3 to 4 days? A worst service , A worst response. To send one technician they take 4 days of time. till that time , we adjust.
This is not fair way.

I bought an air cooler. Paied 80 dhs for delivery which is really too much. Anyway, when opening the cartoon the machine was so dirty, the accessories don't fit and there was no instructions guide in the cartoon. This place is not recommended at all. Maybe cheaper but doesn't worth it.

One of the worst companies ever. I bought my household products from them, but all their products are bad quality. Electric cooker keeps lagging and have electric issues, recently even the ceramic cracked and they can't even fix it. Their vacuum is useless and doesn't have suction power. Their fridge doesn't close properly and maybe soon will have more problems, all these issues happened 4 months after buying.

So disappointed 5 days trying to reach customer service but no answer , the oven i bought is not working well !

Very Bad brand! Easily BROKEN! That's why its Cheap because the quality is Cheap! Not recommended at all!
