AMA AUTO - German car workshop

After being ripped off my a few other garages in Dubai, this is the only place I will now take my car to. Finding a reputable garage is so difficult in Dubai and altough their workshop is in Sharjah, it's worth the extra few km's. Outstanding service, regular updates whilst the AMA team work on my car and honest and clear estimations for any work. Quality of work is outstanding and the clear communication is a very big plus. Not only for German cars, my partner takes her Ford there now as well.

Did a major service here,
Now i have a gear box issue which was not there before acknowledged and checked by them, as well I was charged for Ac filter , which i came to know later from them was not even changed, After a week.
Not at all satisfied with time gone and now having an issue which was not there before.

Great experience with Bishal. Inspections and diagnostics were thorough and quick, repair/maintenance process was transparent and prices were fair. Very happy with the service received here and will certainly be coming back for all future requirements.

High prices with less service . No communication when needed . Customer will need to follow up regularly .

I took my VW Passat to AMA Auto in Sharjah, and the team did a fantastic job. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in detail, and completed the repair on time.

It was for me a bad experience with this garage. I wanted to test and I regret because my problem has not been solved despite the fact that I spent almost 5500aed to finally go to another garage and They told me the problem was the head gasket I then understood why they did not repair it despite the fact that I brought it back 4 times for the same problem... and I do not prefer to dwell on the "details" because it would be too long.
I waited with them but I have the impression that they are clearly laughing at me.

LS430 was sent for oil leakage, and other issues like engine check light... Nothing solved, the gear oil is still leaking, engine check still exist... you have charged me a hefty bill though, i dont want you guys to further ruin my car... I have audited the car once again from SZR garage and did all repairs in a very reasonable amount, and im satisfied... You were Very unprofessional, i will not recommend your garage to anyone and I will never visit again.

One of the worst garages in Sharjah. I had taken my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a mechanical repair after reading the positive reviews on Google. It turned out to be the worst decision I have ever taken. Sanjay who is one of the owners of this garage (at least he told me so) is the most unprofessional persons I have ever met. Gave false commitments, gave false reasons all the time. He kept my car for more than 4 days and used it for personal work (such as dropping his employees to airport etc.) Moreover, the car came back with a damaged clock spring of the steering for which I had to pay from my nose in the later stage. After receiving my car, it had a major wheel alignment issue.. When I asked to fix these issues, he demanded to keep my car again his garage (probably to use again for personal work).... I recommend not to even think about going to this garage ever..

We always receive a great service from AMA Auto! They keep us regularly updated with the car and costs - no surprises! A welcome change from other garage experiences we have had in the UAE. The garage fixed the aircon in one of our cars and have done great services and repairs on our other! We will continue to use this garage in the UAE - we 100% recommend them!
