I’m truly disappointed, specially that i gave my comment 3 years to not false review them. Their service is the worst they will take more than one week to know what’s wrong with your car and sometimes i have to tell them what’s wrong with it. 3 years and their favorite reply is “try to understand”. We pay more to get the service we deserve and sadly this what we get. For the whole first year my car navigation system was not working and i asked about it in each service, they didn’t fix it for a year and half noting that my car was brand new.
State of the art workshop with all modern tools and technically sound service advisors.My GLC is taken care by this workshop from the beginning even after warranty is over!Mr.Omar is very professional and given detailed explanations about the service.Less crowded compared to other Gargash Centre’s.
The most pathetic customer service I have ever received. I lost my key and placed an order for the new one. They asked me to bring the vehicle of which all the tires are locked due to hand brake and requires the fork lifter. Once I brought the vehicle they did the programming check and asked me to take it back or pay 150 AED/ day to keep the vehicle in their garage. The company fork lifter put the vehicle which also damaged my door during lifting process and company denied any responsibility of damage. After 3 weeks they told me that key has arrived and asked me again to bring vehicle on recovery and after diagnosis they informed me that key programming is incorrect and they need to send the key back again for recheck. After that they asked me again to take the vehicle back. I have to pay 1000 AED for each recovery session as I need forklift also. Till now I brought the vehicle twice and they said once the key arrives I need to bring vehicle again. They have made a joke of it of bring the vehicle on recovery again and again. Its better to use EMC dealership instead of Gargash. I hope I won't have to see Gargash again one I receive the key.

I took it in for inspection, and they are asking for a fee of 650 dirhams, which is not covered by the warranty. They hide these conditions in the fine print when signing the contract, while at the same time claiming the warranty is for five years.

They are not receiving my calls every time I call very poor service
Very bad experience
1st it takes 6-7 days for service only while in dubai only 3-5 hours.
2nd no one is replying to your calls its either you come to check yourself or you are forgotten.
3rd they tell you your supervisor will contact you and no one calls you instead you will call and no one will reply.
It was my first and last time because it was a very bad experience.
