Ace Auto Maintenance

I came to Ace with an issue that 3 other workshops could not figure out. Both my front wheels were out of alignment, facing the opposite way and the tyres were rubbing wrong creating a loud screeching noise. The guys at Ace were able to diagnose it as failed wheel bearings within half a day. Replaced both and also a few bushings in the same area. They also helped me identify the source of an oil leak that was causing massive oil build up under the car causing other rubber parts to fail. The manager, Amjad is quite friendly and the mechanic Fedlix is a pure genius!👑 Would definitely be going back!

Very unprofessional owner (young man), For gear oil change charged 80 dhms as labor charge where I used to pay 30 in other garages and he is arguing in way as we are like beggars. His dialogue is as below
If you are not ready pay this much no need to pay anything we will think like we done for free.
I just went to him as I got shocked with this charge, before changing I checked with foreman and confirmed the cost.
I am sure he is not the founder of this garage and as he is behaving like to make sure the customers should not come back again

My car just has a bend one side of the wheel. They gave me an offer of 1750AED. My friend came and looked at the scene and thought I had been tricked into asking them to remove all the car parts on the spot. They refused. I spent money on my car and the problem wasn't solved. They just want the money. Not professional. My car still had two emergency lights on. They said it REMOVE ALL PARTS AND FIX THE ISSUE .
I was surprised once I saw my car, they are not even remove a screw from my car,just painted only , bcz in the joining have a silicon glue, still it is there.(the paint maybe 20 DH, labor charge consider 150 DH)
So why should I pay 1700AED? The labor cost is 700AED? They are robbers.
never ever try with them , if you are facing major issues. minor cases they can steal money :-)
If you start or asking anything related your car fault, this robbers may open up other topics which is not related to your concern at all.

my review for this garage below below below 0 because they cheat me please don't get cheat your self. they took from me 1050 dirham for fix my car issue but they didn't fix the issue when i ask them they saying i need to drop my car again and need to pay again so i ask them then y i give you the money before they saying 3 day we work on the car for that we took the service charge

This garage is great with all in one stop for all your vehicle’s needs. They use genuine and high quality parts. The staff is well trained, efficient and super friendly. Big shout out to Rohit, Karthik and Salman for maintaining high standards of customer service.

Very disappointed,poor service, very high quotations,delayed Custmer service updates,not recommended at all.

Very unprofessional workers don't under stand the problem,, just want to fix minor issues major issue are ignoring, but tjere servive charges are very high..better not to go there again...
