Absolutely the worst service anyone can experience. All my engine oil from the Lexus had spilled the same night as they had not sealed the engine oil cap. After taking it to them and fixing the issue , my car was making a noise and when I asked them to check they said something inside the car , but after few weeks the noise became louder. When I took it again , this time they told me it’s the shocks. Both times after I made them do a test drive and to see if everything is in good condition.I knew it wasn’t anything what they told as it was in very good condition before their service. I took it to someone else, apparently they havnt tightened the knobs and it was loose , that’s why the noise was apparent. When I called them to inform as I was so angry , firstly with the service ( worst ever in my life ) secondly not knowing to diagnose a simple issue. Head office of garnash needs to please look into this and I am awaiting an apology. I have all the video and photo of the oil leak
I brought my Range Rover Sport to Gergash Auto at Rahmania Mall for a tire change. Unfortunately, in less than 2 months, the front tires started corroding. After a week of inspections, I received my car back only to find that the alignment issues were still unresolved. To make matters worse, the rear tires burst unexpectedly not long after. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, and I expected better quality service and reliability, especially given the brand of car and the nature of the work needed. I will not be returning for any other services.
I paid them a visit today for the first time after i came accross them on FB, then had a chat with Ruba on whats app who was patient and kindly advcd me to go to any of their Car service centre which is close to me so i went to Rahmaniya Mall Branch in Sharjah, frankly speaking the team have excellent customer service, the process didnt take long since it was a minor service. They advcd me on what needs to be done on the next service, they gave me a detailed full report of what transpired during the process. Will definately deal with them on the next service my GLK 350 feel safe in their hands. Thank you Zeud n Team🙏👍🏾
I recently had my car serviced at Gargash Auto, and I must say it was a thoroughly positive experience. The staff was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and attentive to my concerns. The service was completed promptly, and they went the extra mile to explain the repairs needed in a clear and understandable manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere while I waited.
