So unprofessional technician, unprofessional attitude.
I called him to fix my fridge, he came in same day, spent 2 hours to find the problem, took the money and left.
The fridge worked for few days then it stopped again, i called him to come and check again, he started saying im busy i can't come now, then he stopped answering my calles or WhatsApp.
He just took the money for nothing. I will not forgive him.
I aslo went to the location to find the technician, but the shop is not exist
Unprofessional with 0 knowledge , instead of repairing my washing machine they spoiled it and took no accountability on it. If the owner sees my message i recommend either you hire professional staff or inform your staff not to touch any electronic equipment and put the customer in trouble and put him into expense which could be avoided due to unprofessionalism from your staff.
