I tried many times calling to 2 numbers ,, the mobile nu not answering & the land line disconnected!!
It is the worst place for mantaince I ever saw. I would give the customer service a 0/10 . So I wanted to fix my laptop,at first he said sure and that would be easy.but as the days went by, 3 days after saying he could fix it day 3 he told me he couldnt fix it. When I asked him why aren't you able to fix it , he told me no support. And when I keep asking him what do you mean no support he doesn't reply but after many times of asking him he said why do you keep asking the same question. so I asked for the last time will you be able to fix he said no I won't fix and come take it. And the only important reason I wanted my laptop to be done as soon as possible is because studying only because I have final exams in the next week so I wanted it to be done as soon as possible. He wasted 3 days of my time. I advice whoever wants his laptop, phone or any other device don't go this place.
