European has always a bad service and very long process just to recieve the car. Not my first experience, it happened in Dubai airport which is frustrating. It’s so tiring to stay in the airport and waiting for almost 40 mins minimum to 1 hour and 30. Work on reducing the process and make the customer life easier.
The rental was easy. I took a car in the office in Fujairah The staff has always been in touch and ready to help. I took additional insurance for more safety, everything went perfectly The deposit was returned in full in 30 days as agreed
Very bad experience. It is a rip off they block 1500 AED on your card on top of the fees of the card that is 1/3 rd of the blocked fees. Never ever with Europcar again.
Very Bad un trusted company . Dont waste your money , time and energy with them .We booked a confirmed reservation online for a special car , once we are arrived it’s not there .The girl at the desk she was so slow , unhelpful and unprofessional altitude. She kept us waiting with my family including our baby for one hour and at the end no compensation and she could not provide any solutions .Funny enough , she is pretending to call her supervisor Mr.Arabi who actually on the other side of the hall standing informing of her , who is as well as Un helpful as her’s. If I can give it a Zero star , believe me I would .
