Dawaraka team came today and delivered my sofa in excellent condition and on time. They co-ordinated well and highly recommend buying from Danube.

Dewarka team visited us to assemble a bunk bed. Amazing team, very polite men and very knowledgeable. They worked fast but neatly and left no mess what so ever. The product is really good too. The whole experience was pleasant. Hope we will purchase more from Danub in the future. Thank you.

Dwarika team did a fabulous job. They were professional and completed the job within the hour.

Low quality, bad service, we order from them swing before two weeks ago and it is broken on less than one week and then when we contact them to fix they took more 4 days just to call us back we well not order from them again !!!

One of the worst experiences in furniture shopping. After paying for a dining table and on delivery day, the delivery men refused to take their product to my apartment.
They asked me to get men and pay to get the furniture up.

I don't reccomend at all. Bad customer service

BUT, these guys never deliver on time... one week delayed is "normal" for them. I bought twice there both times very very late deliveries...wont be a third one.😠

Very sad to say that ,we bought one item from Danube on last Sunday(24/9/2023) and they promised the delivery and installation on Thursday that is yesterday, they delivered the furniture but neither the sales team nor the delivery person took any efforts to install after delivery. They said they can’t install that day as they had to deliver to other places and promised to come on Friday (29/9/2023) till then the whole house was in a mess. No one approached on Friday from Danube, when we called then only the shop informed that will install on Saturday ( 30/9/2023).so to say the whole house will remain messed up till then. Lot of inconvenience caused.
Worst experience .Never we will buy again from Danube.
