I had an extremely disappointing experience with this garage. I reached out to them for a repair, only to be told that they "only take fresh cars" and don’t work on vehicles that have been previously repaired. Instead of offering any assistance, they dismissively suggested I go back to my old mechanic.

It’s frustrating to see a business turn away customers based on such an unreasonable policy. A professional garage should be willing to assess and repair vehicles regardless of their history. If you're looking for a reliable and customer-friendly service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Im having a very bad experience with this company.

Since the advisor nabil left for vacation, and nitesh the service manager got replaced. These people are taking my car since two day ( audi q3) and till now they dont know what is the problem. They only send expensive quotations for the heat up problem, and once they finish the quotation they tell you there is another problem we dont know yet we need to do further investigation.

Until now the bills are counting on me and the car is not fixed. I spoke to the service manager as well ( anok ) he is a good guy trying to help but the company’s team is poor.

Never send your cars there for any fixation as you will be in my shoes once you do. My service contract says 50% on mechanical works, once i told them i need this discount they played around and told me that is only for mechanical your issue is in electrical. They are playing for technicalities just to escape you paying your right.

Dhinushka is the biggest scam advisor i dealt with. He only wants to make money on your account and plays with your car to get more and more money as if he is commission based.

Looking at the google reviews , also with frnds ref i visit thia garage thinking its a professional and experienced garage , they might be decent in mechanical works but poor exposure and experience in AC works , they claimed to identify the AC issue by changing the compressor and the relevant parts and charged me for it , while handing over the car they said every thing perfect but to my surprise the issue was not resolved , futhur not accepting their fault and not rectifying complaint even after entire payment was made .
My suggestion not to go with garage .

Over last 4 years sent my car(by biggest mistake)several times to this place and each time got more and more into trouble...they always kept charging me for unknown (created) reasons and never got issues solved...not recommended at all!!!
waste of money and time, risk on safety...they never accept their unprofessionalism!!!never get refund,instead they wish to charge again and again and only...

Scam Garage !!!! My car Audi

So I had to share this so people really know what happens behind scene under the hood.. yes it’s very true to choose right mechanic for your car same as choosing a doctor for your health..

Initially all my car works was done by a mechanic in Umm Ramool who was extremely good.. due to my location change and convenience I had to choose a new garage which was closer to me and I stumbled upon Euro expert Auto service..

First couple of Jobs I felt very comfortable and yes I did fall for the google review every one put out there 4 or 5 ⭐️ similarly I was asked to put the review and i dint not becuase I really write a review here when I confirm it’s a excellent place and people need to know about it..

Coming back to real problem now : During my last service the service adviser Dhinush mentioned that the mountings etc was weak and to be changed which I decided to do on a later on stage as it was not in condition for immediate change few other parts was replaced etc .. it was just over 2 months and I did started getting some wierd noise and vibrations.. I realised this could be problem of the mounting which Dhinush mentioned to me .. I gave a call to get a quote the usual stuff which I did always.. surprisingly the cost seemed very high and I did ask him to speak to the manager and get back to me on revised cost .. days passed and week no answer apprently he has been very busy.. this is when I decided since I was on off and had time i decided to go to my usual garage in umm ramool and to top I got the quote with 800 AED lesser amount and further discount they also started pick and drop service which worked out perfect..

Little did I know what kind of poor job EURO EXPERT garage had done in the past.. there was leaks out of new parts installed and lot of missing screw components ( probably missed placed ) some parts used was not authentic oh and damaged hood shocks which they tried to tell me it was already damaged but I instead to check on security system once and found it was the garage fault which replaced with a used product which was not product of Audi .. anyways the list goes on..

All I want to say is people should know the truth and do your research and be wise while choosing your garage. We never get to know what has been done under the hood
