I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response from your service center. My washing machine has been broken for the past two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact your support team, no one has attended my calls. I called and waited for 34 minutes, but no one answered. I called again and waited for 52 minutes, yet still no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Not only have I wasted my phone balance, but now I am left with no choice but to visit your office, which will cost me additional time and fuel. Please advise on how I can get my issue resolved immediately. Will your company compensate me for the costs I have incurred due to this poor service? I expect a prompt response and a solution to this issue.
I had my Dell laptop looked at for minor repair. The staff were courteous and responsive. The work was done quickly and professionally. I will definitely return back for any repair work. Until they prove otherwise I consider Ensure Services the place to go to.
I was go there for change the upper body of my Laptop and they said it take 7-10 working days I don't know for what may be they think to make one building on it which is take 7-10 working days . And as you knows in one week Friday half day Saturday Sunday fully off then it should be 2 weeks really Even if your order any body part from Dubai Which is take 2-3 hours it's understand and repair the body part which is take 3-4 hours but why your team said 7-10 working days for what any one have answer about this please reply back. Or you have very lazy staff even lazy person cannot take 7-10 including offs which is 2 week for changing the part and one ringe repair and cost is 640AED Dell laptop without VAT 😲😲😲😲😲😲
I was totally disappointed, they said they will give it in 3 days for my hp printer. But to identify the defects they took 3 days and wait for the parts and gave the printer after 8 days, I asked them to check the scanner also and I sent them the mail, they said it's OK but absolutely not checked the scanner. They charged 157.50 for the printer which was OK. At last they have done a half hearted job, now again I have to service my scanner with another 157.50 in another center because I don't believe ensure ( name itself doesn't suit). Sorry to say.
Took in my Asus laptop for battery replacement on 3 January 2025. They charged me for the battery upfront. 6 weeks later I still do not have the laptop back. Each time they tell me the part will arrive in 2 days.
