Disappointed experience.
Visited their store at hamdan street around 10:30. Asked them before entering whether it's time to close or not. As per them it's ok, you can do the purchase.
And no sales man was there even to explain the price of a camera there.
And we feel like we entered a museum instead of a gadget outlet.
And this is the second time we experienced the same

I have had issues with chosing the right air fryer but they showed me one ,assured me it's the best and even sealed it for me to take home 😊😊😊 this is my 3rd visit, 1st with the help of Gina bought my iphone 15 Promax and 2nd visit bought my apple watch 10series in the same store ..now back for the air fryer😁😁😁😁..amazing excellent service guys ..kudoos
I brought iphone in emax with screen protection. When was purchased they said free replacement minimal charge 10aed. Now I went for screen gard replacement they charged 20aed it’s completely not fair to deal with customer. Because in Reem mail eMac they charged only 10aed for screen gard replacement.
I came to the store and brought apple watch ultra 2 . I was surprise that they have promotion and i was very happy with a freebie. Staff are very accomodating and approachable specially ate Gina canete who assisted me from the start. Highly recommended ❤️

The staff at Wrest acted unprofessionally. They charged my card without my permission or prior knowledge. When I approached them for clarification, they responded aggressively and attempted to shift all the blame onto me.
This month, I planned to buy three items—a laptop, a DSLR camera, and a phone. Since this store is near my house, it was my first choice. However, I ended up purchasing my laptop and camera elsewhere due to a disappointing experience. 💔
When I first visited to buy a laptop, I found one I liked and asked the salesperson (a thin, Urdu-speaking staff member) to pack it for me. Instead of assisting me, he immediately turned to security, saying he found a "good deal" laptop. 🧐 Security then told him to take a picture and post it in their WhatsApp group instead of selling it—because a security staff member had already claimed it! 😞
At that moment, I felt embarrassed and undervalued. How can staff prioritize themselves over paying customers? 🤯 The very people who receive salaries from customers’ purchases are putting their own interests first. There are more issues I won’t mention here, but no customer should ever feel this way.
Customer service isn’t just about selling products—it’s about how you treat people. 💡 Businesses thrive when they value customers, not when they make them feel secondary. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures that excellence in customer service is a priority. 🙏
Very bad service philipno lady cashier for bill I have to wait for 20min still she didn’t provide me the bill than she informed me the bill will be received on email still I did not received my bill very bad customer service and staff are not professional as sales agent never ever going to visit this place
