Extremely professional folks. A Dell laptop battery replacement and ms office installation took less than 45 minutes. They even diagnosed a charging problem that had to do with my cable. Communication was prompt straight after service was complete. They also sell used laptops for very reasonable prices. I will come back for all things electronic - keep up the fantastic work!

Green Valley Computer has very high prices and awful service when it comes to fixing computers. When they wanted to buy my computer, they offered me a very low price and provided poor service.
I had my laptop screen repaired 2 weeks ago - to my surprise I opened my laptop after a weekend away and found that the screen is completely defective. I asked numerous times before the service if the screen was good quality and they assured me it was, but unfortunately itâs clear theyâre using cheap screens. When I did call them I found the man extremely rude, he told me it was physical defect and I must have physically hit it but as I said I hadnât touched my laptop for days. In addition itâs got a hardware case for protecting it. On top of all of this I found them extremely rude and he called me a rude woman for telling him his screen was defective. Unfortunately itâs my job to let people know not to use this company. Rather take it to Apple services or a authorised dealer as youâll just end up out of pocket and dealing with rude and arrogant people.
I recently took my laptop and I couldnât be more impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Mr. Ibrahim who was friendly, professional, and really knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my laptop and explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. The best part? They got the job done faster than I expected and at a very reasonable price. My laptop is running like new again, and I really appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend this service center to anyone needing laptop repairs â theyâre truly the best in the business!
Mr. Ebrahim did cleaning, upgrade and a small jack fix for mic in less than 24 hours. All was wrll, place is clean and more importantly they pick up the phone. Thank you very much.
These people are Cheats. My husband gave my brand new iPhone SE (2020 ; 128 GB) for removal of camera (his workplace did not allow camera phones). This was a brand new iPhone SE bought from Apple with Apple care with 100 % battery status & hardly any cycle count. Barely a month after removal of camera by Green Valley, I found my battery dying unexpectedly. Within a couple of days from first symptoms I found that my screen popped out on the top left corner from the body. I took it to Apple store in Canada (my home) ; Apple opened up the phone and found that the the original Apple battery had been swapped out for some third-party cheap knock off. The bad duplicate battery had swollen up and popped the screen and destroyed some of the electronics inside. The value of my $600 phone was reduced to zero because of Green valley.
This phone was never out of our possession except for the four hours it was given to Green Valley for removal of the camera. See their work order, they were only supposed to remove the camera , but some somebody at Green Valley saw this as a good opportunity to take out the brand new genuine apple battery; they probably thought, who is going to notice, after we assemble the phone back together.. These people are absolute scoundrels & thief's. Please don't be fooled by their so-called five star reviews, they are probably all bought. Do not trust them with your expensive phones & electronics. They will scam you too. I am a 100% genuine (aggrieved) customer. You have been warned..

Firstly thanks for responding. At least you did.
All things considered , the only tool in hands of the consumer to be heard above the din of big business (& im not saying you are one) are these reviews.
I stand by everything i said.. here's why & these are the facts
Fact 1: Yes, I was a used phone . I used it. The battery % when i gave was 99% or better. I faced no power issues at any time prior to handing over the phone or even about a month after i got it back
Fact 2: The only time the phone had been out of my possession was when it was give to GVC. NOBODY else had any opportunity to even access the phone , let alone swap the battery out at any time.
Fact 3: You say i checked the phone on delivery; yes i turned it on & saw it was working that's all. Did i say that i opened up the case & checked the battery on delivery? Obviously i didn't. I trusted & had a valid expectation , that your business, would've done your work and acted in the best interests of the customer.
Fact 4: Apple Canada themselves (not a third party or some affiliate) opened up the phone in Canada & informed me that the battery installed in the phone was "not original apple battery". It was a duplicate battery which had malfunction & swollen up causing other problems in the phone. I have no reason to doubt them.
So what conclusion do i draw from all this..
Yes, CAD 600 is not a small sum of money but its not a hit i can't take. I have already bought an iPhone 12 & moved on, However, what was infinitely more valuable, was the data in the phone, some of which i lost.
Lastly I don't have the time or the inclination to be going about writing irrelevant reviews or hurting your business. I'm not a competitor.. I don't even live in UAE. I feel, what I feel, given all the facts above. I'm not saying this is your business policy or this is something that happens to everyone , it's just some thing that happened to me and I wrote it like a saw it..

Update: after they fixed it the laptop got damaged due to water damage, i suggest taking the laptop immediately to apple service center
Original: Great service, fixed my macbook from water damage within a day đ my advice is once you get water in your laptop, turn it off and dry it, then rush to green valley and they will do the needful
Very bad service, I contacted GVC 4 times, by phone and via email, for simply requesting a quote. still no reply, May be they don't want the business.. even if I call them, they don't pay much attention. no issues we will go with other supplier.
